A category scored 0 because we could not verify it: a data source with nothing on this package, evidence we could not reach, or a check we could not run. We only credit what we can confirm.

MCP tools · 2 exposed · ~866 tokens

The tools this component advertises to a client, with an estimated token cost for each. Expand a tool to see its parameters and schema. The per-tool counts are indicative and are not scored directly; the schema's total context footprint is one signal in Schema Quality & AI Usability. A tool's description is untrusted text the model reads on every call, which is what makes this list a security surface and not just an inventory: how tool poisoning works →

Tool Tokens
compress_image ~341

Compress, optimize, resize, crop or convert one image file on this computer, and save the result to outputPath. By default it is scaled to 70% at quality 70. For several images use compress_images.

NameTypeReqDescription
cropobject–Region of the upright image to keep, in source pixels, applied before resizing
formatstring–Output format. Defaults to the extension of outputPath
heightinteger–Exact output height in px. Alone, keeps the aspect ratio
inputPathstringyesAbsolute path of the image to compress (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 50 MB)
keepExifboolean–Keep camera, GPS and date metadata
maxHeightinteger–Shrink to fit this height in px, never enlarge
maxWidthinteger–Shrink to fit this width in px, never enlarge. Best for web, e.g. 1600. Without scale, smaller images keep their size
outputPathstringyesAbsolute path to write the result to. Missing folders are created
overwriteboolean–Replace output files that already exist
qualityinteger–1-100, ignored for PNG. Defaults to 70
scaleinteger–Size in percent of the original (or crop), like the SIZE slider in the PressIt app. Use instead of width/height. Defaults to 70 when width and height are not given; pass 100 to keep the original size
widthinteger–Exact output width in px. Alone, keeps the aspect ratio

compress_images ~525

Compress, optimize, resize or convert many image files on this computer in one call, from a folder or a list of paths. By default images are scaled to 70% at quality 70, keep their format, and are written to a "compressed" folder next to them. For a website, format "webp" with maxWidth (like 1600) usually works best: big images shrink to fit, small ones keep their size. Files that would not get smaller are copied as they are. No need to list, measure or check the files first: pass the folder as inputDir. Originals and existing files are never replaced unless overwrite is set. The result gives the total size before and after, and any image that failed.

NameTypeReqDescription
detailsboolean–List every image with its new size and dimensions, not only the ones that failed
formatstring–Output format for every image. Defaults to each image's own format, GIF becomes PNG
heightinteger–Exact output height in px. Alone, keeps the aspect ratio
inputDirstring–Absolute path of a folder. Its JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF files are compressed. Use this or inputPaths
inputPathsarray–Absolute paths of the images. Use this or inputDir
keepExifboolean–Keep camera, GPS and date metadata
maxHeightinteger–Shrink to fit this height in px, never enlarge
maxWidthinteger–Shrink to fit this width in px, never enlarge. Best for web, e.g. 1600. Without scale, smaller images keep their size
outputDirstring–Absolute path of the folder to write results to, under the same file names. Created if missing. Defaults to a "compressed" folder next to each image
overwriteboolean–Replace output files that already exist
qualityinteger–1-100, ignored for PNG. Defaults to 70
recursiveboolean–Also compress images in subfolders of inputDir (skipping node_modules and dot folders), keeping the folder structure in outputDir
scaleinteger–Size in percent of the original (or crop), like the SIZE slider in the PressIt app. Use instead of width/height. Defaults to 70 when width and height are not given; pass 100 to keep the original size
widthinteger–Exact output width in px. Alone, keeps the aspect ratio
