Build (but do not sign or send) a launchToken transaction against ScanHood's live no-rug launchpad on Robinhood Chain — either Uniswap V3 (anti-snipe protection, supports an atomic initial buy) or V4 (Uniswap's newest, no anti-snipe window). Returns raw unsigned tx fields (to, data, value, gas) for the caller's own wallet to sign and broadcast — ScanHood never holds funds or keys. On success the token's liquidity is locked (V3: locker-held position; V4: locker-held one-sided position) and cannot be pulled.
