How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. How we score → Why this is hard to score →
Endpoint Security80
- The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key. View diagnostics → Pass
- No authorisation is required to call this server. Every tool declares its destructiveHint and none is destructive, so open access doesn't expose one. See how to fix → View diagnostics → Partial
- HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path. View diagnostics → Pass
- The HSTS (Strict-Transport-Security) header is present. View diagnostics → Pass
- DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC. See how to fix → View diagnostics → Fail
Transport & Reachability100
- Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake. View diagnostics → Pass
Schema Quality & AI Usability61
- AI-judged instruction clarity (excellent).Pass
- Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 1395 tokens (~279/item across 5 items; 5 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params. See how to fix → Fail
- Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples. See how to fix → Fail
Stability & Change Management53
- Stability observed for 16 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.Partial
Tool Coverage95
- 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).Pass
- 83% of tool parameters carry a description.Partial
- Structured output schemas are declared (100% of tools); any adoption earns full credit.Pass
Tool Safety100
- No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.Pass
- We read all 5 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.Pass
- An AI judge read all 6 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.Pass
Capabilities100
- Implements a supported MCP spec version (2025-11-25); the latest is 2026-07-28.Pass

The tools this component advertises to a client, with an estimated token cost for each. Expand a tool to see its parameters and schema. The per-tool counts are indicative and are not scored directly; the schema's total context footprint is one signal in Schema Quality & AI Usability. A tool's description is untrusted text the model reads on every call, which is what makes this list a security surface and not just an inventory: how tool poisoning works →
check_lease Check a lease ~79
Where a lease stands: awaiting_payment, in_review (paid, a person checks it first), live, refused (nothing charged), rejected_refunded, refunded (the slot was taken while paying), expired (the link ran out unpaid) or ended, with a plain message.
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| leaseId | string | yes | The leaseId from start_lease |
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| leaseId | string | yes | – |

| pageUrl | string | yes | – |
| status | string | yes | live = lit; in_review = paid, a person checks it first; refunded / rejected_refunded = money returned; renewed = a month added (x402); refund_due = a person sends the USDC back (x402) |
| windowId | string | yes | – |

find_windows Find free windows ~256
List the free ad windows on the tower, the free city billboards and the free casino game sponsorships, with monthly prices. Tower windows come first (floor 1 up, the cheapest floors first), then billboards (the most prominent first), then the casino's games: use kind to get only one of them, and maxPrice to cap the monthly price. Any floor, face or spot filter returns tower windows only. Pages hold up to 100 items; when next isn't null, pass it as cursor for the next page.
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| cursor | string | – | The next value from the previous page |
| face | string | – | – |
| floor | integer | – | One floor, 1 to 80 (higher floors cost more) |
| floorMax | integer | – | – |
| floorMin | integer | – | – |
| kind | string | – | window = on the tower, billboard = in the city around it, casino = the sponsor of one casino game |
| limit | integer | – | Items per page, 1 to 100 (default 20) |
| maxPrice | number | – | Highest monthly price in US dollars, e.g. 20 |
| spot | string | – | Corner windows cost 35% more |
| Name | Type | Req | Description |

get_prices Get prices ~43
Every floor's monthly price for a middle and a corner window, and the price range of city billboards, in US cents. The listed price is exactly what Stripe charges.
Input schema present but exposes no named parameters.

|---|---|---|---|
| billboardRange | object | yes | – |
| billing | string | yes | – |
| casinoCents | integer | yes | Every casino game sponsorship costs the same |

get_window Get one window ~124
One window or billboard by id ("F47-S3" is floor 47, south face, column 3; "B-1234" is a city billboard): its monthly price and whether it can be leased now. When it can't, reason says why: taken (lit by a brand), reserved (paid, in review), paused, prize (a game prize, only its winner can lease it) or crown (never sold).
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| id | string | yes | Window or billboard id, e.g. "F47-S3" or "B-1234" |
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| available | boolean | yes | – |
| item | object | yes | – |
| reason | – | yes | Why it can't be leased: taken (lit), reserved (paid, in review), paused, prize (only its winner), crown (never sold) |
No examples provided.
start_lease Start a lease ~327
Start leasing a free window or billboard for a brand. The ad (website, name, pitch, logo) is checked first; a refused ad costs nothing. Returns checkoutUrl and leaseId: give checkoutUrl to the person, who pays the monthly price on Stripe within 60 minutes (you can't pay for them, and nothing is charged before they do). No account is needed: the window belongs to the email they pay with. Name, pitch and logo come from the website when left out. Then follow the lease with check_lease. Agents with their own USDC wallet on Base can instead pay for a month themselves with x402 at POST https://thepillar.io/api/v1/leases/x402 (no account; see thepillar.io/developers#x402).
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| brandName | string | – | Shown on the window; taken from the website when left out |
| brandUrl | string | yes | The brand's website (https; a bare domain gets https:// added) |
| string | – | Prefills Stripe; the window belongs to the email the person pays with | |
| logoUrl | string | – | A logo or banner image (https); the website's share image is used when left out |
| pitch | string | – | One line under the name; taken from the website when left out |
| pricingText | string | – | Optional, e.g. "Free plan, Pro from $19/mo" |
| windowId | string | yes | Slot id from find_windows, e.g. "F47-S3" or "B-1234" |
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
