Get a ghostswap.io link that opens the swap with the coins (and optionally the amount) already filled in. Give it to the user when they want to do the swap themselves in the browser, or when create_swap isn't available. The link creates nothing and never carries an address: the user enters their own receiving and refund address on the page and presses Exchange.
