The tools this component advertises to a client, with an estimated token cost for each. Expand a tool to see its parameters and schema. The per-tool counts are indicative and are not scored directly; the schema's total context footprint is one signal in Schema Quality & AI Usability. A tool's description is untrusted text the model reads on every call, which is what makes this list a security surface and not just an inventory: how tool poisoning works →
map_person_social_footprint Map a person's social footprint ~453
Find a person's public GitHub, Bluesky, personal site, Substack, and X profiles from their full name and the domain of the company they work at. Returns one row per person with each profile URL, public follower counts, and a status (found, ambiguous, not_found, skipped, skipped_rate_limit, blocked) and a match confidence per platform. A profile counts as found only at 0.8 confidence or more, which needs a link to the company, the company's own team page, or a link to another profile of the same person; a name match alone is never enough. No emails, no phone numbers, LinkedIn is never opened, Substack is never read. X is used only when X_BEARER_TOKEN is set in this server's environment. A run that does not succeed is returned as an error with its run ID. Read-only; requires an APIFY_TOKEN and is billed per person with at least one profile found.
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| company_domain | string | – | The domain of the company the person works at, for example hashicorp.com. |
| full_name | string | – | The person's first and last name, for example Mitchell Hashimoto. Give this with company_domain, or use persons. |
| linkedin_url | string | – | Optional LinkedIn profile URL, used only for the words in it as a weak hint. LinkedIn is never opened. |
| location | string | – | Optional city or country; a profile in the same place gets a small boost. |
| max_charge_usd | string | – | Optional. The run stops before any row that would take its charges over this amount. |
| persons | array | – | Several persons, one per entry as Full Name | company.com. Up to 200 per run. |
| platforms | array | – | Which platforms to return. Omit for all five. |
| proxy_mode | string | – | auto retries a company or personal site page that refuses a direct request once through the Apify proxy; direct never uses a proxy. A reliability setting; it does not change the price. Default auto. |
| suppress_profile_urls | array | – | Profile URLs that must never be returned, for example people who asked to be removed. |
