## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically from public evidence about the published package, including repeated runs of it in an isolated sandbox, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-05.

- **Supply Chain Security**: 98/100
  - No malware found by supply-chain analysis.

  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 50/100
  - Stability observed for 15 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 100/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 100% of tool parameters carry a description.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - We read all 5 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.
  - An AI judge read all 5 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a supported MCP spec version (2025-11-25); the latest is 2026-07-28.

## MCP tools (5)

### `list_targets` (~40 tokens)

List WebView pages

List debuggable H5 pages running inside Android WebViews (and Chrome) on connected devices. Returns a target id for each page to pass to attach.

### `attach` (~131 tokens)

Attach to a page

Connect to a WebView page and start buffering its console output and uncaught exceptions (the last 1000 entries). Recent messages the engine still holds are replayed on attach, but attach before reproducing an issue to be sure nothing is missed. Only observes the page: it is not reloaded or modified. May be refused while Chrome DevTools (chrome://inspect) is attached to the same page; close it and retry. Calling it again for an attached page reuses the existing session.

Input parameters:

- `target_id` (string, required): Target id from list_targets, e.g. "<serial>/<socket>/<page id>"

### `get_console` (~179 tokens)

Read console output

Read buffered console messages, uncaught exceptions and browser log entries from an attached page. Requires attach first; only entries captured since attach (plus what attach replayed) are available. Returns the most recent matching entries. Pass since_seq from a previous call to get only new entries.

Input parameters:

- `exclude_keywords` (array): Drop entries whose text or location contains any of these (case-insensitive), e.g. ["google-analytics", "doubleclick"]
- `keyword` (string): Case-insensitive substring match on message text and location
- `levels` (array): Only these levels, e.g. ["warn", "error"]
- `limit` (integer): Max entries to return (default 50)
- `since_seq` (integer): Only entries with seq greater than this
- `target_id` (string): Defaults to the most recently attached page

### `evaluate_js` (~130 tokens)

Evaluate JavaScript in a page

Run a JavaScript expression in an attached page and return its result. Plain objects/arrays come back as JSON (so nested Map/Set/DOM values show as {}); other values (DOM nodes, Map, Set, Error, window) as a short description. Promises are awaited. For multiple statements or await, wrap them: (async () => { ... })(). Runs with the page's full privileges, so it can read cookies/storage and change page state.

Input parameters:

- `expression` (string, required): JavaScript expression to evaluate
- `target_id` (string): Defaults to the most recently attached page

### `detach` (~64 tokens)

Detach from a page

Disconnect from a page and discard its buffered console entries. The page itself keeps running and is not closed; call attach again to resume capturing. Use it to stop capturing or to start over with an empty buffer.

Input parameters:

- `target_id` (string): Defaults to the most recently attached page

io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp is listed in the public MCP registry as io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp. Debug H5 pages inside Android app WebViews: console logs, exceptions, run JS. This page covers its npm package (h5-devtools-mcp).

### Is the io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp server safe to use?

io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp scores 78 out of 100 on VerifyMCP. We found no known CVEs affecting it as of 5 November 2026. It declares no install or post-install scripts. That is a record of what we were able to check automatically, not an endorsement. The category breakdown on this page shows every signal behind the number, including the ones we could not confirm.

### What tools does the io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp server expose?

io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp exposes 5 tools: list_targets, attach, get_console, evaluate_js, detach. Their descriptions and schemas cost roughly 544 tokens of context every time the server is loaded.

### Is the io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp server still maintained?

io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp is still listed as active in the MCP registry. We last reached this channel on 5 November 2026. Those dates come from our own scans of the registry and the channel itself, not from anything the publisher announced.

### What licence is the io.github.xianguoGou/h5-devtools-mcp server under?
