        si se omite, se incluyen los extras estándar del peregrino (credencial y
        seguro; mochila si incluir_mochila=true). Pasa `nacionalidad` (o
        `residente_espana`) SIEMPRE que la conozcas: determina el seguro
        incluido. `mascotas=true` si viajan con mascota: filtra alojamientos
        que las admiten y, si no puede verificarse online, el equipo Ourway lo
        confirmará (aviso). Si la categoría elegida no tiene disponibilidad una
        noche, se selecciona automáticamente la mejor alternativa de otra
        categoría (aviso). Conserva `oferta_paquete_firmada`
        tal cual para crear_propuesta. Puede tardar 1-3 minutos: el canal
        consulta disponibilidad real hotel a hotel.
