## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically from public evidence about the published package, including repeated runs of it in an isolated sandbox, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-05.

- **Supply Chain Security**: 100/100
  - No malware found by supply-chain analysis.
  - No known CVEs affecting this package version or its production dependencies.
  - No install/post-install scripts declared.
  - No production dependencies, so there is no dependency health to assess.
- **Provenance & Transparency**: 97/100
  - Source repository is publicly reachable at the declared URL.
  - Cryptographically verified build provenance (signed, bound to pipeworx-io/mcp-italy-tenders).
  - Clear OSI-approved license (MIT).
  - Actively maintained (last published 2 days ago).
  - Disclosure check failed: no security disclosure policy was found in the source repository.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 58/100
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (good).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 706 tokens (~353/item across 2 items; 2 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 23/100
  - Stability observed for 7 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 100/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 100% of tool parameters carry a description.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - We read all 2 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.
  - An AI judge read all 3 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a supported MCP spec version (2025-11-25); the latest is 2026-07-28.

Every change recorded for this component, newest first. Days that predate change tracking, or that we cannot explain, say so: "we were watching and nothing happened" and "we were not watching" are different claims.

### 2026-11-04 (score 81, +1)

No change was recorded against any check on this day. Stability & Change Management went from 17 to 20. That category is still filling its 30-day observation window: 5 days of observed history at the previous scan, 6 at this one. The score rises as the window fills, whether or not the server changes.

## MCP tools (2)

### `it_tender_search` (~486 tokens)

Search ITALIAN public-sector tenders and contract notices from ANAC (Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione), the national anti-corruption authority that runs Italy's public-procurement notice register (the "cig" dataset — one notice per CIG, Codice Identificativo Gara). ANAC exposes no live search of its own, so this answers from a locally refreshed recent-window copy (see data_as_of and the window fields in the response). Filter by free-text keyword (matched against the Italian title and CPV category description), CPV code or prefix (e.g. "45" for construction, "72000000" for IT services), buyer name substring (Italian spelling, e.g. "Comune di Milano", "ASL", "Regione"), Italian province code, and a publish-date range. Returns compact shaped notices: CIG, title, buyer, province/region, contract type, amount (EUR), status, CPV, publish date, offer deadline, and outcome if communicated. Call it_tender_detail with a CIG for the full record.

Input parameters:

- `buyer` (string): Contracting-authority (buyer) name, partial match, Italian spelling, e.g. "Comune di Roma", "ASL Napoli", "Ministero".
- `cpv` (string): CPV classification code or numeric prefix, e.g. "45" (construction works), "72000000" (IT services).
- `date_from` (string): Earliest PUBLISH date, YYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to 90 days before date_to.
- `date_to` (string): Latest PUBLISH date, YYYY-MM-DD. Defaults to the newest date in the loaded window (see window_to in any response), which can trail today by months because ANAC publishes monthly bulk files.
- `limit` (number|string): Max notices to return (default 20, max 100). Newest-first.
- `province` (string): Italian province name as ANAC records it, e.g. "MILANO", "ROMA", "NAPOLI" (case-insensitive exact match).
- `query` (string): Keyword(s), case-insensitive, matched against the Italian notice title and CPV category description, e.g. "ospedale", "pulizia", "software", "manutenzione strade".

### `it_tender_detail` (~164 tokens)

Fetch one ITALIAN public-procurement notice by its CIG (Codice Identificativo Gara — the unique id ANAC assigns every public contract above a minimal threshold) from the ANAC "cig" register. Returns the full record: title, buyer (with tax code), province/region, contract type, amount, lot count, sector, procedure type, realization mode, CPV code/description, publish date, offer deadline, and outcome (aggiudicata/revocata/etc.) with its communication date when ANAC has recorded one. Use after it_tender_search returns a CIG.

Input parameters:

- `cig` (string, required): The notice's CIG, e.g. "B82436559F". Returned by it_tender_search.
