## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically from public evidence about the published package, including repeated runs of it in an isolated sandbox, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

## MCP tools (4)

### `ebid_search` (~496 tokens)

Search listings on the eBid.net online marketplace and auction site (eBid Trading API SearchEbid). Filter by keyword, category, price range, item condition (NEW/USED/UNUSED/REFURBISHED), buy-now only, seller username, or country of origin, on any of eBid's 20+ country sites. Set closed=true to search ended listings instead of live ones — ended listings with bids are where realized sale prices live. Returns total match count and listings with ListingID, title, bid count, currency and buy-now price. eBid is a small marketplace; treat results as a secondary listings and price source.

Input parameters:

- `_apiKey` (string): Optional — eBid API credentials as "AppId:AppKey" (both issued together, free, at the eBid developer portal ebid.3scale.net). The gateway supplies a platform key, so omit this and calls still work; p…
- `buy_now_only` (boolean): true = only listings with a buy-now option.
- `category_id` (number): Restrict to an eBid category (numeric CategoryID from ebid_categories).
- `closed` (boolean): true = search ONLY closed (ended) listings instead of live ones. Sort defaults to most recently closed.
- `condition` (string): Item condition filter.
- `country` (string): Only items located in this country (2-letter code, e.g. "us").
- `keyword` (string): Search keyword(s), same rules as the eBid site search box. Searched in titles by default.
- `max_price` (number): Maximum price, in the site's currency.
- `min_price` (number): Minimum price, in the site's currency.
- `rows` (number): Rows per page, max 75 (eBid API cap). Default 25.
- `search_descriptions` (boolean): true = search item descriptions as well as titles.
- `site` (string): eBid country site to query (2-letter code, e.g. "us", "uk", "de"). Defaults to "us". Prices come back in that site's currency.
- `sort` (string): Sort order. CLOSED_* sorts apply only when closed=true.
- `start` (number): Result offset for paging (0-based). Default 0.
- `username` (string): Only listings from this eBid seller username.

### `ebid_listing` (~285 tokens)

Fetch one eBid.net listing by its numeric ListingID (eBid Trading API GetListingSingle): title, description, seller, current price, bid count, quantity, condition, start/end times, and shipping cost calculated to a destination country. Works for live and ended listings on any eBid country site. Get ListingIDs from ebid_search. Bids are served through a 5-minute result cache, so the current bid can be up to five minutes old: near the close of an auction treat it as a lower bound, never as the final price.

Input parameters:

- `_apiKey` (string): Optional — eBid API credentials as "AppId:AppKey" (both issued together, free, at the eBid developer portal ebid.3scale.net). The gateway supplies a platform key, so omit this and calls still work; p…
- `listing_id` (number, required): Numeric eBid ListingID (from ebid_search results or an ebid.net listing URL).
- `ship_to` (string): ISO country code to calculate shipping to (e.g. "us", "uk"). Defaults to the site's country.
- `site` (string): eBid country site to query (2-letter code, e.g. "us", "uk", "de"). Defaults to "us". Prices come back in that site's currency.

### `ebid_listing_bids` (~223 tokens)

Bid history for one eBid.net listing (eBid Trading API GetListingBids): each bid's amount, quantity, bidder username, timestamp, and whether it was a buy-now or proxy bid. On an ended auction the winning (highest) bid is the realized price. Get ListingIDs from ebid_search. Bid history is served through a 5-minute result cache, so the latest bids on a live auction can be up to five minutes behind.

Input parameters:

- `_apiKey` (string): Optional — eBid API credentials as "AppId:AppKey" (both issued together, free, at the eBid developer portal ebid.3scale.net). The gateway supplies a platform key, so omit this and calls still work; p…
- `listing_id` (number, required): Numeric eBid ListingID.
- `site` (string): eBid country site to query (2-letter code, e.g. "us", "uk", "de"). Defaults to "us". Prices come back in that site's currency.

### `ebid_categories` (~203 tokens)

Browse the eBid.net marketplace category tree (eBid Trading API GetCategoryList): category IDs, names, full paths and per-category item counts for an eBid country site. Pass a parent category_id to list its subcategories, or omit it for the root categories. Use the returned CategoryID to filter ebid_search.

Input parameters:

- `_apiKey` (string): Optional — eBid API credentials as "AppId:AppKey" (both issued together, free, at the eBid developer portal ebid.3scale.net). The gateway supplies a platform key, so omit this and calls still work; p…
- `category_id` (number): Parent CategoryID to list children of. Omit for root categories.
- `site` (string): eBid country site to query (2-letter code, e.g. "us", "uk", "de"). Defaults to "us". Prices come back in that site's currency.
