PREFER OVER esef_filing_search FOR SPANISH ISSUERS — CNMV publishes within minutes of registration, while the community ESEF index runs months behind for Spain. Filter by date window (date_from/date_to, inclusive, default last 7 days), and optionally one issuer by nif, isin or company name. Returns disclosure EVENTS — company, NIF, category, title, Madrid-time publication timestamp, registration number and document URL — NOT extracted XBRL facts. For an issuer's annual financial reports with their ESEF ZIP download, use cnmv_annual_reports.

Input parameters:

- `company` (string): Issuer name, e.g. "Tecnicas Reunidas", "Banco Santander". Resolved to a NIF with the CNMV entity search; when several entities match, the closest name is used and the others are listed under issuer_c…
- `date_from` (string): First publication day to include (YYYY-MM-DD, Madrid calendar day, inclusive). Default: 7 days before date_to.

- `isin` (string): Issuer share ISIN, e.g. "ES0178165017". Resolved to the issuer NIF through the CNMV ISIN register first.
- `limit` (number|string): Rows to return, newest first (1-50). Default 20. To go further back, narrow the date window rather than paging.
- `nif` (string): Issuer Spanish tax id (NIF/CIF) as CNMV records it, e.g. "A-28092583" (Técnicas Reunidas). Most precise issuer filter. Get it from cnmv_find_issuer.
