- Version: `1.30.0`

## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-05.

- **Endpoint Security**: 63/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - Authorisation not fully verified: no authorisation is required to call this server, and 28 tool(s) never declared a destructiveHint. The MCP spec treats an absent hint as destructive by default, so we cannot call this surface safe.
  - HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path.
  - The HSTS (Strict-Transport-Security) header is present.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 100/100
  - Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 58/100
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (fair).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 3139 tokens (~112/item across 28 items; 28 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 9/100
  - Stability check failed: schema churn in the 5 days we've observed: 2 tool removals, 0 breaking changes, 0 auth/transport breaks, 3 additions.
- **Tool Coverage**: 70/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 9% of tool parameters carry a description.
- **Tool Safety**: 75/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - 0 of 1 tool(s) whose name or description implies an irreversible operation declare an MCP destructiveHint annotation; "cube_consent" implies "publish" and declares no destructiveHint at all, which the MCP spec reads as destructive by default.
  - An AI judge read all 29 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a supported MCP spec version (2025-11-25); the latest is 2026-07-28.

  }
}
```
### Vellum
```bash
assistant mcp add network-skv-skv -t streamable-http -u 'https://skv.network/mcp'

  }
}
```
The mcpServers block is a cross-client convention. Remote transports vary, so check your client's docs.
First indexed and scored.
## MCP tools (28)
### `memory_start` (~61 tokens)
STEP 0 before install: consent question + rule 0 + essentials + recent memory. Once installed use step_zero.
Input parameters:
- `detail` (integer)
- `page` (integer)
- `query` (string)
- `session_id` (string)
### `memory_event` (~25 tokens)
Open one memory event in full by id.
Input parameters:
- `event_id` (string, required)
### `memory_recall_later` (~156 tokens)
Deep background memory search (query + search_as statement forms, both in the memory base_language) when turn/memory_search found nothing reliable: on-server agent collects ranked evidence (~10-30 s, ~0.1 RUB). Returns job_id; poll memory_recall_status(job_id).
Input parameters:
- `query` (string, required): The question in the memory base_language (turn/step_zero report base_language); keep names and exact terms.
- `search_as`: Optional, recommended: the same up to 3 statement forms you passed to turn/memory_search (how the answer was most likely WRITTEN in memory, base_language, keep names, never invent the unknown fact).…
### `memory_recall_status` (~70 tokens)
Poll a deep search job by job_id. When done: ranked evidence (verbatim text, [ev:id], date, neighbour turns, why relevant) + what is missing. Not an answer: answer yourself from it.
Input parameters:
- `job_id` (string, required)
- `page` (integer)
### `turn` (~759 tokens)
EVERY TURN, ONE CALL. Single-call mode (fewest calls): turn(user_message=<new user text>, msg_ref=<id>, recap=[{ref,user,answer=<your PREVIOUS answer exactly as sent>}]) with no draft: saves+seals the previous turn and returns the context for the new message (facts, cubes, self_check) + seal: end your new reply with that seal (one-step lag; your current reply goes in the next call's recap). Classic mode: turn(user_message, draft) before the user sees the reply. Compact mode (compact=true): self-check first, send the final answer once as answer=<final> (draft alias); saved+sealed, not echoed; missed_turns duty -> add recap=[{ref,user,answer}] to your next turn; facts max 3 x 200 chars; cubes/self_check only when changed (else cubes_version/checklist_version). Memory is searched in its base_language (returned as base_language + search_language_rule): when the user writes in another language pass query=<the question in base_language> and search_as in it. The server does not judge your draft: it returns memory facts with [ev:id], relevant cubes and a self_check list - check the draft yourself; if you change it, call turn again (same user_message). Server checks only that every [ev:id] exists in your memory (else verdict=revise + invalid_ids, nothing saved), saves the turn and returns the seal: append it as the last line. No draft = context only. Memory missing or user says remember/вспомни: dig deeper first - memory_search by meaning and by keywords (lines=all, offset for older), memory_event for full text; still nothing -> memory_recall_later(query, search_as=<same statement forms>) deep search (~10-30 s), poll memory_recall_status - only then say you do not remember.
Input parameters:
- `answer` (string)
- `compact` (boolean)
- `critical` (string)
- `draft` (string)
- `draft_summary` (string)
- `duty` (string)
- `duty_reason` (string)
- `event_id` (string)
- `l1_summary` (string)
- `l2_summary` (string)
- `lines` (string)
- `msg_ref` (string)
- `profile`
- `profile_review`: With l2_summary: JSON {"ops":[...]} or {"no_changes":true,"reason":"<why, >=20 chars>"}; required after the first 3 L2 (else L2 rejected).
- `query` (string): Optional search text instead of user_message: the user's question in the memory base_language (turn/step_zero report base_language).
- `recap`
- `search_as`: Optional, recommended when the user asks a question about the past: up to 3 short statements of how the answer was most likely WRITTEN in memory - statement form, not a question; first person as the…
- `second_look` (string)
- `sensitive` (string)
- `session_id` (string)
## Common questions
### What is the SKV Network MCP server?
SKV Network is an MCP server listed in the public MCP registry as network.skv/skv. Memory + answer checks for AI agents: recall across chats, draft→check→seal, fewer hallucinations. This page covers its hosted endpoint (https://skv.network/mcp).
### Is the SKV Network MCP server safe to use?
SKV Network scores 61 out of 100 on VerifyMCP. That is a record of what we were able to check automatically, not an endorsement. The category breakdown on this page shows every signal behind the number, including the ones we could not confirm.
### What tools does the SKV Network MCP server expose?
SKV Network exposes 28 tools: memory_start, memory_event, memory_recall_later, memory_recall_status, turn, and 23 more. Their descriptions and schemas cost roughly 2,955 tokens of context every time the server is loaded.
### Does the SKV Network MCP server require authentication?
No. We connected to SKV Network without credentials and it answered, so anything it exposes is reachable by anyone who knows the address.
### Is the SKV Network MCP server still maintained?
SKV Network is still listed as active in the MCP registry. We last reached this channel on 5 November 2026. Those dates come from our own scans of the registry and the channel itself, not from anything the publisher announced.
