## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-05.

- **Endpoint Security**: 83/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - No authorisation is required to call this server. Every tool declares its destructiveHint and none is destructive, so open access doesn't expose one.
  - HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path.
  - The HSTS (Strict-Transport-Security) header is present.
  - DNSSEC is configured correctly; the domain's records validate against the full chain to the root.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 100/100
  - Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 62/100
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (good).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 1242 tokens (~248/item across 5 items; 5 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 23/100
  - Stability observed for 7 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 100/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 100% of tool parameters carry a description.
  - Structured output schemas are declared (100% of tools); any adoption earns full credit.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - We read all 5 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.
  - An AI judge read all 6 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a supported MCP spec version (2025-11-25); the latest is 2026-07-28.

## MCP tools (5)

### `search_songs` (~169 tokens)

Search songs

Finds maimai DX songs by title, alias, nickname, romanization or artist, best match first, with the level and internal level (譜面定数) of each chart. Use it to get the song ID of a song the user names.

Input parameters:

- `limit` (integer): Most songs to return, 1 to 50. Default 10.
- `query` (string, required): Title, alias, nickname, romanization or artist, in any language: ウミユリ海底譚, umiyuri, 海底谭, n-buna. Width, case, kana and punctuation are ignored.
- `type` (string): Only the songs that have a chart of this type, and only those charts: dx, std, utage or utage2p

Output parameters:

- `dataAsOf` (string): When the catalog was last updated
- `query` (string)
- `songs` (array)
- `source` (object)
- `total` (integer): Songs that match, before limit
- `truncated` (boolean): Whether limit left out songs

### `get_sheet` (~233 tokens)

Get song and charts

Details of a maimai DX song and its charts (譜面): level, internal level (譜面定数) now and in past versions, note counts, note designer, release date, servers and community tags. Filter by type, difficulty and server.

Input parameters:

- `difficulty` (string): Only the charts of this difficulty: basic, advanced, expert, master or remaster (MAS, Re:MAS work)
- `lang` (string): Language of the tag names: en (default), ja, zh-Hans or zh-Hant. Use the language of the user.
- `server` (string): Game server: jp, intl, usa or cn. Only the charts on that server, with its own level where it differs. Omitted: every chart, with the servers of each.
- `song` (string, required): Song ID (dsng_…) or sheet ID (dsht_…) from search_songs. A title or alias that only one song has works too.

Output parameters:

- `dataAsOf` (string): When the catalog was last updated
- `server` (string|null)
- `sheets` (array)
- `song` (object)
- `source` (object)

### `list_recent_songs` (~203 tokens)

List recent songs

Lists the maimai DX songs and charts released recently, by release date, newest first: on each date the new songs, and the new charts added to songs released before, with the level and internal level (譜面定数) of each chart. Use it for "what is new" questions. Release dates are those of Japan.

Input parameters:

- `days` (integer): Release dates from this many days before today (UTC). Default 30.
- `limit` (integer): Most songs to return, newest dates first, 1 to 200. Default 50.

Output parameters:

- `dataAsOf` (string): When the catalog was last updated
- `releases` (array): Release dates, newest first
- `server` (string|null): Server of the charts, or null for every server

- `total` (integer): Songs released since then, before limit
- `truncated` (boolean): Whether limit left out songs (of the oldest dates)

### `calculate_rating` (~305 tokens)

Calculate chart rating

The rating a maimai DX chart gives for an achievement, the achievement a rating needs, and the rating of each rank (S to SSS+). Give a chart (looked up with its current internal level) or an internal level. Achievements are integers in 1/10000 of a percent: 100.7543% is 1007543.

Input parameters:

- `server` (string): Game server (jp, intl, usa, cn), whose internal level is used where it differs. Default jp.
- `song` (string): The chart: a sheet ID (dsht_…), or a song ID or name with type and difficulty. Or give internal_level.
- `target_rating` (integer): A rating of the chart to reach: the lowest achievement that gives it
- `type` (string): Type of the chart of song: dx or std

Input parameters:

- `rating` (integer): The rating of the player: the total of b15 and b35
- `server` (string)
- `source` (object)
