List supported hospitals

Returns the hospitals supported by the medprice.ai API, with their hospital_id (opaque DB key), EIN, name, structured_locations (addresses with geocoded coordinates where available), last_updated_on, and revision history (with per-revision has_payer_data). Supports pagination.

Input parameters:

- `page_size` (integer): Maximum number of hospitals to return. Defaults to 20, capped at 100.
- `page_token` (string): Opaque token from a previous list_hospitals response. Omit for the first page.

Output parameters:

- `hospitals` (array)
- `next_page_token` (string): Opaque pagination token, empty when there are no more results.
