AKD VaultPDF is licensed and currently locked on this machine. It reads PDFs, resumes and CSVs LOCALLY and never uploads them, which is why it can work on files under NDA. Once unlocked it provides: pdf_pages (page count and per-page text length), pdf_find (every occurrence of a phrase, with page numbers), redact_plan (how many occurrences of each term would be blacked out, per page, before anything changes), score_resume (scores a resume against a job posting: coverage, missing terms, format flags) and column_stats (sum/avg/min/max of a CSV column, which REFUSES a non-numeric column instead of returning a confident wrong total). A pass is $2.22 for a day, $5.55 a week, $16 a month, and the day and week passes do not renew. There is no free tier: a client-side counter is not a gate in front of an agent.
