## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-10-17.

- **Endpoint Security**: 78/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - Authorisation is enforced on tool calls, advertised via RFC 9728 protected-resource metadata. Discovery is public, which costs nothing: no tool can be invoked without a token.
  - HTTPS enforcement could not be verified: the plaintext port redirected somewhere other than https, so enforcement is unproven.
  - HSTS check failed: the Strict-Transport-Security header is absent.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
  - The authorisation server offers only Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591), which MCP 2026-07-28 deprecated in favour of Client ID Metadata Documents.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 0/100
  - Transport check failed: declared streamable-http, but the endpoint redirected instead of responding directly.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 77/100
  - 100% of prompts and resources have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the item's name).
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (good).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 3363 tokens (~186/item across 18 items; 18 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 17/100
  - Stability observed for 5 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 99/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 96% of tool parameters carry a description.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - All 2 tool(s) whose name or description implies an irreversible operation declare an MCP destructiveHint annotation.
  - An AI judge read all 19 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 60/100
  - Spec-recency check failed: implements MCP spec 2025-06-18; the latest is 2026-07-28.

Check client, lines, VAT (oblio_list_vat_rates) and series (oblio_list_series) first. Returns the series, number and a PDF link. Not retried: if the reply is an error, look in Oblio before repeating. - `work_station` (string): Work point (only with stock enabled; default "Sediu").

### `oblio_issue_invoice` (~597 tokens)

Issue an invoice (fiscal, irreversible)

ISSUE a real INVOICE. This is a legal fiscal document: it takes the next number in the series at once, there is no draft state, it cannot be edited, and it can only be cancelled afterwards (it may also be sent to ANAF e-Factura / SPV, automatically if the account is set up so). Needs confirm: true, an idempotency_key, and the user's explicit approval of the exact client, lines, totals and series. Optionally base it on a proforma or notice (reference_document), record the payment at once (collect) or set the delivery date. Not retried: if the reply is an error, look in Oblio before repeating. Oblio never e-mails the client from this tool. POST /api/docs/invoice.

Input parameters:

- `cif` (string, required): CIF of YOUR company in Oblio (from oblio_list_companies), for example RO37311090.
- `client` (object): The client. Required unless reference_document is given (then Oblio takes it from the referenced document).
- `collect` (object): Record the payment together with the invoice.
- `collect_date` (string): Collection date yyyy-mm-dd.
- `confirm` (boolean): Must be true. Set it only after the user has confirmed this exact action in this conversation.
- `currency` (string): Document currency (default "RON").
- `delivery_date` (string): Delivery date yyyy-mm-dd.
- `due_date` (string): Due date yyyy-mm-dd.
- `exchange_rate` (number): Exchange rate for a foreign-currency document (default: the company's setting).
- `idempotency_key` (string, required): REQUIRED unique key for this invoice (for example a UUID) so Oblio drops a duplicate of the same request.
- `internal_note` (string): Internal note, not visible to the client.
- `issue_date` (string): Issue date yyyy-mm-dd (default today).
- `issuer_name` (string): Prepared by (intocmit de).
- `language` (string): Document language code from oblio_list_languages (default "RO").
- `mentions` (string): Mentions printed on the document.
- `order_number` (string): Order number (BT-13).
- `precision` (integer): Decimals, 2 to 4 (default 2).
- `products` (array): 1-200 lines: products/services (name + price) or discounts (name + discount). Required unless reference_document is given.

- `number` (string, required): Document number within the series, digits only (0055 and 55 are the same).
- `series_name` (string, required): Document series name (from oblio_list_series), for example FCT.

### `oblio_cancel_document` (~196 tokens)

Cancel a document (fiscal)

CANCEL an invoice, proforma or notice. A cancelled invoice stays in the series but is void; if it was already sent to e-Factura / SPV, check the SPV side as well. Needs confirm: true and the user's approval. Not retried. PUT /api/docs/<type>/cancel.

Input parameters:

- `cif` (string, required): CIF of YOUR company in Oblio (from oblio_list_companies), for example RO37311090.

Not retried: check the status with oblio_list_invoices (with_einvoice_status) before repeating. Returns text, sent and a code (-1 not sent, 2 errors, 0 processing, 1 sent). POST /api/docs/einvoice.

Input parameters:

- `cif` (string, required): CIF of YOUR company in Oblio (from oblio_list_companies), for example RO37311090.
