## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-10-18.

- **Endpoint Security**: 78/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - Authorisation is enforced on tool calls, advertised via RFC 9728 protected-resource metadata. Discovery is public, which costs nothing: no tool can be invoked without a token.
  - HTTPS enforcement could not be verified: the plaintext port redirected somewhere other than https, so enforcement is unproven.
  - HSTS check failed: the Strict-Transport-Security header is absent.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
  - The authorisation server offers only Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591), which MCP 2026-07-28 deprecated in favour of Client ID Metadata Documents.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 0/100
  - Transport check failed: declared streamable-http, but the endpoint redirected instead of responding directly.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 83/100
  - 100% of prompts and resources have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the item's name).
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (excellent).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 894 tokens (~149/item across 6 items; 6 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 20/100
  - Stability observed for 6 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 100/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 100% of tool parameters carry a description.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - All 1 tool(s) whose name or description implies an irreversible operation declare an MCP destructiveHint annotation.
  - An AI judge read all 7 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 60/100
  - Spec-recency check failed: implements MCP spec 2025-06-18; the latest is 2026-07-28.

The mcpServers block is a cross-client convention. Remote transports vary, so check your client's docs.

## Changelog

Every change recorded for this component, newest first. Days that predate change tracking, or that we cannot explain, say so: "we were watching and nothing happened" and "we were not watching" are different claims.

### 2026-10-17 (score 65, +1)

No change was recorded against any check on this day. Stability & Change Management went from 13 to 17. That category is still filling its 30-day observation window: 4 days of observed history at the previous scan, 5 at this one. The score rises as the window fills, whether or not the server changes.

### 2026-10-14 (score 64, +2)

- [security] The server rewrote its instructions, which are the text every model session reads
- [functional] The server now declares the “prompts” capability
- [functional] First check of Schema quality: 100
- [functional] New prompt “getting_started”
- [functional] Server version: 1.0.0 → 1.1.0

### 2026-10-13 (score 62, +1)

- [functional improvement] Stability: unverified → 0.03

## MCP tools (6)

### `d7_get_balance` (~39 tokens)

Get credit balance

Read the D7 account's remaining credit balance (free; no credit is spent). D7 REST: GET /messages/v1/balance.

### `d7_get_sms_pricing` (~85 tokens)

Get SMS pricing

Read the account's price per SMS part, for one country or for all countries (free; no credit is spent). Use it to estimate the cost before d7_send_sms. D7 REST: GET /messages/v1/sms/pricing.

Input parameters:

- `country_iso` (string): Two-letter ISO country code, for example AE. Omit for all countries.

### `d7_get_message_status` (~85 tokens)

Get SMS delivery status

Read the delivery status of an SMS request: per recipient the status (delivered, sent, scheduled, un_delivered, not_reachable, spam_content, insufficient_credit), message parts and cost (free). D7 REST: GET /report/v1/message-log/{request_id}.

Input parameters:

- `request_id` (string, required): The request_id that d7_send_sms returned.

### `d7_get_lookup_report` (~64 tokens)

Get number lookup report

Read the stored result of an earlier number lookup by its request_id (free; no credit is spent). D7 REST: GET /hlr/v1/report/{request_id}.

Input parameters:

- `request_id` (string, required): The request_id that d7_lookup_number returned.

### `d7_lookup_number` (~124 tokens)

Look up a phone number (costs credits)

WRITE (spends credits): look up ONE phone number's carrier data (country, network, MCC/MNC, ported, reachable, mobile or fixed). Each lookup is billed to the D7 account's credit balance (the cost is returned by d7_get_lookup_report as number_lookup_cost) and the account must have lookup routing enabled. It does not message the number. D7 REST: POST /hlr/v1/lookup.

Input parameters:

- `recipient` (string, required): The phone number, international format with the country code, for example +971501234567.

### `d7_send_sms` (~287 tokens)

Send an SMS (spends credits)

WRITE (sends real text messages and spends credits): send ONE text message to 1-10 recipients (never a list or campaign). Each recipient costs the per-country price for every message part (about 160 GSM characters or 70 unicode characters per part; see d7_get_sms_pricing), taken from the D7 credit balance, and a sent SMS cannot be recalled. Free trial accounts may only use D7's demo sender id; other sender ids must be registered with D7. Send only messages the recipients expect, as unsolicited SMS violates D7's terms. Returns a request_id for d7_get_message_status. D7 REST: POST /messages/v1/send.

Input parameters:

- `content` (string, required): The message text, at most 640 characters.
- `data_coding` (string): text = GSM 03.38 characters only, unicode = Arabic/Chinese/emoji etc., auto (default) = D7 decides from the content.
- `originator` (string, required): Sender id shown on the phone: up to 11 letters/digits (alphanumeric) or a registered number. Must be allowed for the account.
- `recipients` (array, required): 1 to 10 phone numbers, each in international format with the country code, for example +971501234567.
- `tag` (string): Your own reference string, stored with the request.
