- Auth: `none`
- Version: `1.0.1`

## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-05.

- **Endpoint Security**: 80/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - No authorisation is required to call this server. Every tool declares its destructiveHint and none is destructive, so open access doesn't expose one.
  - HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path.
  - The HSTS (Strict-Transport-Security) header is present.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 100/100
  - Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 39/100
  - 0% of prompts and resources have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the item's name).
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (good).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 2230 tokens (~185/item across 12 items; 11 tools + 1 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 40/100
  - Stability observed for 12 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 93/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 78% of tool parameters carry a description.
- **Tool Safety**: 75/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - 0 of 1 tool(s) whose name or description implies an irreversible operation declare an MCP destructiveHint annotation; "send_to_3d_studio" implies "send" and declares readOnlyHint instead, contradicting what its own name says it does.
  - An AI judge read all 13 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a supported MCP spec version (2025-11-25); the latest is 2026-07-28.
  - Supports UI / widget rendering.

## MCP tools (11)

### `search_mockups` (~190 tokens)

Find mockups

Search Drint's library of ready 3D packaging and print mockups (about a thousand models: paper boxes, rigid gift boxes, paper bags, shipping cartons, bottles, jars, cans, cups, labels, flexible pouches, mugs, apparel, signage, posters, books, calendars). Use a few plain words for the product, e.g. "kraft paper bag", "tuck end box", "hộp quà Tết", "chai mỹ phẩm". Returns models with id, name, size in mm and a picture; shows them as a grid the user can click to open in 3D.

Input parameters:

- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.
- `limit` (integer): How many models (default 8).
- `query` (string, required): What to look for, a few words, English or Vietnamese.

### `open_mockup` (~169 tokens)

Open a 3D mockup

Show one Drint mockup in an interactive 3D viewer the user can rotate, zoom, recolour and resize. Take the id from search_mockups. Optional: colour (a colour or material name, or its number from 0), and a custom size in millimetres (length, width, height).

Input parameters:

- `colour` (string|integer): A colour / material name the model offers, or its number (0 = first).
- `height_mm` (number)
- `id` (string, required): The model id from search_mockups, e.g. "gift-ceramic-30".
- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.
- `length_mm` (number)
- `width_mm` (number)

### `list_dielines` (~210 tokens)

Find dieline structures

List the packaging structures Drint draws as print-ready dielines (tuck end boxes, auto-lock bottoms, mailers, FEFCO cartons, paper bags, rigid boxes, drawers, pillow boxes, sleeves, pouches, cups, labels…), with each one's type id and default size in mm, and find standard die codes: about 180 FEFCO (corrugated, e.g. 0201, 0427) and ECMA (folding cartons, e.g. A20.20.03.01) codes. Optional query: a code or a few words ("0201", "reverse tuck", "crash lock", "hộp nắp gài", "bag"). Each comes with a link that starts a Drint design on that die.

Input parameters:

- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.
- `query` (string): A few words, English or Vietnamese. Empty: all of them.

### `get_dieline` (~323 tokens)

Get a dieline

Draw a print-ready dieline at an exact size in the signed-in person's Drint space and return a download link (valid one hour): PDF / AI (cut and crease as spot colours with dimensions, opens in Illustrator) or SVG (CUT / CREASE layers). Give a standard code (FEFCO "0201", "0427"; ECMA "A20.20.03.01", "A60.20.00.01") or a Drint type id from list_dielines. Length, width, height are the inside size in mm. Free can download 3 SVG dielines a month; PDF / AI and the die-maker's DXF or CF2 need Pro. Pro has unlimited dieline downloads.

Input parameters:

- `code` (string): A FEFCO or ECMA code, e.g. "0201", "FEFCO 0427", "A20.20.03.01". Give this or type.
- `format` (string): Free default: SVG. Pro default: PDF / AI.
- `height_mm` (number)
- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.
- `length_mm` (number)
- `name` (string): A short file name, e.g. the product. Optional.
- `type` (string): A Drint type id from list_dielines, e.g. "rte", "bag", "pillow". Give this or code.
- `width_mm` (number)

### `make_dieline` (~285 tokens)

Make a die-maker file

Draw a production dieline in the signed-in person's Drint space at an exact size and return a download link (valid one hour): DXF (for CAD and cutting tables) or CF2 (for die-makers, ArtiosCAD). Give a FEFCO / ECMA code or a type from list_dielines. Length, width, height are the inside size in mm. It counts as one die download on the space's plan, as in the Drint studio (Free has none: then it says so; the PDF / SVG die is get_dieline).

Input parameters:

- `code` (string): A FEFCO or ECMA code, e.g. "0201", "A20.20.03.01". Give this or type.
- `format` (string): Default dxf. (pdf: counted as get_dieline's.)
- `height_mm` (number)
- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.
- `length_mm` (number)
- `name` (string): A short file name, e.g. the product. Optional.
- `type` (string): The structure's type id from list_dielines, e.g. "rte", "rsc", "bag". Give this or code.
- `width_mm` (number)

### `list_my_projects` (~105 tokens)

My Drint projects

List the signed-in person's own Drint projects (in the space they allowed this app to use): name, products, last change, and their thumbnails in a grid they can click to open in 3D. Optional query: words of the name.

Input parameters:

- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.
- `limit` (integer): Default 12.
- `query` (string): Words of the project name. Optional.

### `open_my_project` (~143 tokens)

Open my project in 3D

Show one of the signed-in person's Drint projects in 3D with its own design printed on it, in a viewer they can rotate and open in Drint. Take the id from list_my_projects. A project with several products (a set) can name one with product (its number from 0). On the Free plan the product wears Drint's watermark grid, as in the studio.

Input parameters:

- `id` (string, required): The project id from list_my_projects.
- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.
- `product` (integer): Which product of a set (0 = first). Optional.

### `review_inbox` (~202 tokens)

My Drint review inbox

Hộp duyệt, the signed-in person's review inbox in Drint: the work their space handed on to Drint 3D Studio (scenes, renders) or Drint AI (design edits, pictures, films), and the results that came back and wait to be accepted into the project. Each job has its project, status and, once done, its result pictures (links valid ten minutes). Accepting happens in Drint: each job has a link that opens its project with Hộp duyệt up. Optional: project (an id from list_my_projects), waiting_only.

Input parameters:

- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.
- `limit` (integer): Default 10.
- `project` (string): Only the jobs of this project (id from list_my_projects). Optional.
- `waiting_only` (boolean): Only the jobs whose results wait to be accepted. Default false.

### `send_to_3d_studio` (~153 tokens)

Send a project to Drint 3D Studio

Prepare one of the signed-in person's Drint projects for Drint 3D Studio, where its whole product set is staged and rendered as photo-real scenes that come back to the project's Hộp duyệt. Returns a link: it opens the project in Drint with the hand-on menu up, and the person clicks "Dựng cảnh ở 3D Studio" — the products and their artwork are built in their browser, so this tool cannot send them by itself. Take the id from list_my_projects.

Input parameters:

- `id` (string, required): The project id from list_my_projects.
- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.

### `my_drint` (~79 tokens)

My Drint account

Who is signed in to Drint, which space this app works in, its plan, and how many PDF / SVG dies and DXF / CF2 die downloads are left this month. Useful when a Drint tool reports a plan limit.

Input parameters:

- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.

### `wait_for_upgrade` (~117 tokens)

Wait for the Drint upgrade

Call this right after a Drint tool reported a plan limit and you gave the person its upgrade link. It waits (up to about 50 seconds) until they have paid and the space is on Pro, then answers: carry on at once with what they asked (call the tool again) without asking them. If it says they have not paid yet, tell them the link still works and call it again when they say so.

Input parameters:

- `lang` (string): The user's language (vi, en, th, zh…). Default en.

## Common questions

### What is the Drint MCP server?

Drint is an MCP server listed in the public MCP registry as io.drint/drint. Packaging dielines (FEFCO/ECMA), 3D box and bag mockups, and your Drint projects in the chat. This page covers its hosted endpoint (https://drint.io/mcp).

### Is the Drint MCP server safe to use?

Drint scores 71 out of 100 on VerifyMCP. That is a record of what we were able to check automatically, not an endorsement. The category breakdown on this page shows every signal behind the number, including the ones we could not confirm.

### What tools does the Drint MCP server expose?

Drint exposes 11 tools: search_mockups, open_mockup, list_dielines, get_dieline, make_dieline, and 6 more. Their descriptions and schemas cost roughly 1,976 tokens of context every time the server is loaded.

### Does the Drint MCP server require authentication?

No. We connected to Drint without credentials and it answered, so anything it exposes is reachable by anyone who knows the address.

### Is the Drint MCP server still maintained?

Drint is still listed as active in the MCP registry. We last reached this channel on 5 November 2026. Those dates come from our own scans of the registry and the channel itself, not from anything the publisher announced.
