Lists the Guggach apartments that are available for a date range and returns the exact price for that stay (same calculation as the booking page: nightly or monthly basis). If the user has not given concrete check-in/check-out dates and a party size, ask them for these first. Returns the available apartments with their total price for the stay and a ready-to-use booking link, plus a contact block (reception phone, email, address, reception hours and an inquiry-form link). If nothing is available, it returns the reason, a hint, and the same contact block — pass these to the user and offer to check other dates.
