Draw an accurate birth (natal) chart: Sun, Moon and rising sign, every planet with sign, degree and house, the angles and the tightest aspects. Works without a birth time (then no rising sign or houses). Returns a link to the person's sky in 3D on Pluto Garden and guide pages for each placement. Pass the place as the person said it; the server looks it up. Convert the time to 24-hour local time at the birth place.

Input parameters:

- `date` (string, required): Birth date, YYYY-MM-DD.
- `house_system` (string): House system. Default placidus.
- `latitude` (number): Optional. Latitude of the birth place, if already known; skips the place search.
- `longitude` (number): Optional. Longitude of the birth place, if already known.

For every planet, the Sun, Moon, North Node and Lilith: sign and degree, ecliptic longitude and latitude, right ascension and declination (with out-of-bounds), distance, speed, retrograde status and its dates, when it entered its sign and when it leaves, and for planets their elongation from the Sun, phase and whether they are in the morning or evening sky. The Moon's phase, age, distance, next sign change, void-of-course window and next aspects, perigee and apogee; the aspects between the planets now (applying or separating); and a dated list of what comes in the next 30 days (full and new moons with their names, sign changes, retrograde stations, exact aspects). Answers "is Mercury retrograde?" and "what is the Moon in today?". Add a place to get the rising sign and midheaven there, each planet's house, and which planets are above the horizon (altitude and compass direction).
