Liste les offres France Care exposables publiquement (accompagnement par un conseiller en gestion de parcours de sante) avec leurs tarifs annuels et le nombre de personnes couvertes. Utiliser quand l'utilisateur demande "combien ca coute", "quelles sont les offres", "comment souscrire", ou quand presenter France Care apres une analyse territoriale est pertinent. Ne prend aucun parametre.
