## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-10-24.

- **Endpoint Security**: 74/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - No authorisation is required to call this server. Every tool declares its destructiveHint and none is destructive, so open access doesn't expose one.
  - HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path.
  - HSTS check failed: the Strict-Transport-Security header is absent.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 100/100
  - Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 64/100
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (excellent).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 2155 tokens (~239/item across 9 items; 9 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 47/100
  - Stability observed for 14 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 100/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 100% of tool parameters carry a description.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - We read all 9 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.
  - An AI judge read all 10 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a supported MCP spec version (2025-11-25); the latest is 2026-07-28.

## MCP tools (9)

### `search_tenders` (~254 tokens)

Search Polish public tenders

Search Polish public procurement notices from BZP (national) and TED (EU): open calls with deadlines or awarded contracts. Filter by industry (it, construction, medicine, or a 2-digit CPV division such as 72), region, buyer city, kind and value. Returns title, buyer, CPV codes, publication date, deadline, estimated or awarded value and a link to the notice.

Input parameters:

- `city` (string): Buyer city, e.g. Warszawa.
- `currency` (string): Currency for value filters and output. Default PLN.
- `industry` (string): it, construction, medicine, or a 2-digit CPV division code (e.g. 72, 45, 33).
- `kind` (string): Contract type.
- `page` (integer): Result page (20 per page).
- `region` (string): Voivodeship of the buyer.
- `source` (string): national (BZP) or eu (TED). Default: both.
- `status` (string): open (default) or awarded notices.
- `value_max` (number): Maximum estimated/awarded value.
- `value_min` (number): Minimum estimated/awarded value.

### `search_companies` (~1010 tokens)

Search Polish Companies

Search and filter Polish KRS companies (spółki). Compabase also holds the full CEIDG/JDG register; this tool does not browse JDG — those without a public contact email are hidden because of RODO. Default `fields=summary` returns a compact row (name, NIP, KRS, location, PKD, latest financials, email/phone/website) — small enough for MCP clients. `fields=contacts_only` is name/NIP/KRS/city/email/phone/website only. `fields=full` returns every company_search column plus contacts and may exceed client size limits. Use for rankings, sector filters, city/county/region browsing, name search, or NIP/KRS lookup. When a PKD is mostly JDG, a sparse result includes a `hint` (full CEIDG is in the database; listing is RODO-gated). Do not call export_companies just to get a handful of emails or phones.

Input parameters:

- `all_pkd` (string): Match any PKD code in the company's activity list (not just primary).
- `capital_max` (number): Maximum share capital.
- `capital_min` (number): Minimum share capital.
- `city` (string): City name — KRS records use uppercase, e.g. 'WARSZAWA', 'POZNAŃ'.
- `county` (string): County / powiat (lowercase).
- `currency` (string): Currency for monetary filters. Default: pln.
- `ebitda_max` (number): Maximum EBITDA.
- `ebitda_min` (number): Minimum EBITDA.
- `estimated_value_max` (number): Maximum Ohlson estimated equity value in PLN.
- `estimated_value_min` (number): Minimum Ohlson estimated equity value in PLN.
- `fields` (string): Response size. Default summary (name, NIP, KRS, location, PKD, latest financials, email/phone/website). contacts_only: name, NIP, KRS, city, email, phone, website. full: every company_search column p…
- `has_email` (boolean): true = only companies with email on record. Matching rows include contacts.email. Omit otherwise.
- `has_website` (boolean): true = only companies with website on record. Matching rows include contacts.website. Omit otherwise.
- `is_active` (boolean): true = active only, false = closed only. Omit for all.
- `krs` (string): KRS number of the company in the Polish National Court Register (10 digits).
- `legal_form` (string): Legal form fragment, e.g. 'spółka z o.o.' or 'akcyjna'.
- `limit` (integer): Max results (default: 10, max: 50).
- `name` (string): Company name, used when the KRS or NIP is not known.
- `nip` (string): Polish company tax number (NIP) of the business, 10 digits.
- `pkd` (string): Primary PKD code prefix, e.g. '46.90.Z' or '46'.
- `postal_code` (string): Postal code prefix, e.g. '00-9' or '61-'.
- `profit_max` (number): Maximum net profit.
- `profit_min` (number): Minimum net profit.
- `profit_operating_max` (number): Maximum operating profit (PLN). Omit if unused.
- `profit_operating_min` (number): Minimum operating profit (PLN). Negative allowed. Omit if unused.
- `region` (string): Voivodeship (lowercase), e.g. 'mazowieckie', 'wielkopolskie'.
- `registration_date_max` (string): Latest KRS registration date, YYYY-MM-DD (inclusive).
- `registration_date_min` (string): Earliest KRS registration date, YYYY-MM-DD (inclusive). For newly registered companies use today's date for both registration_date_min and registration_date_max.
- `revenue_max` (number): Maximum total revenue.
- `revenue_min` (number): Minimum total revenue.
- `sort_by` (string): Sort field (default: revenue_total). registration_date + sort_dir=desc lists the newest registrations first. revenue_growth_pct + sort_dir=desc lists the fastest-growing companies (y/y revenue growth…
- `sort_dir` (string): Sort direction (default: desc).
- `total_assets_max` (number): Maximum total assets.
- `total_assets_min` (number): Minimum total assets.
- `year` (integer): Filter to companies whose latest financial_period_to falls within this calendar year (e.g. 2024). Use only for sector/ranking browse — omit when looking up a company by name, KRS, or NIP.
