Returns the order summary: price (net), delivery, deliverables, exclusions, unanswered questions, and what the customer will be asked to provide by email after payment. Do not pass passwords or access credentials. This tool does not charge the customer or notify The2410.

Input parameters:

- `answers` (array): Answers to questions_before_order. Every question must be answered before checkout.
- `contact` (object, required): Customer contact details. Name and email are required.
- `order_id` (string): The order_id of an existing draft to update, e.g. ord_8f3k2m9qxa. Omit to create a new order.
