Check whether StreetProof has accepted physical citations associated with a business in a city. This is not a legal-existence, licensing, quality, or address-ownership check. No accepted StreetProof citation matched the request. It never proves absence, closure, inactivity, or that a business is unreal, regardless of coverage tier. Returns an evidence summary, coverage context, and a human-readable citation string to quote when presenting the result.
