## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-05.

- **Endpoint Security**: 57/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - Authorisation check failed: no authorisation is required to call this server, and it exposes a tool marked destructive (restart_application).
  - HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path.
  - HSTS check failed: the Strict-Transport-Security header is absent.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 100/100
  - Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 62/100
  - 75% of prompts and resources have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the item's name).
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (good).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 16933 tokens (~245/item across 69 items; 66 tools + 3 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 92/100
  - Stability check failed: schema churn in the 30 days we've observed: 1 tool removals, 1 breaking changes, 0 auth/transport breaks, 49 additions.

  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 57% of tool parameters carry a description.
  - Structured output schemas are declared (32% of tools); any adoption earns full credit.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - We read all 66 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.
  - An AI judge read all 68 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a current MCP spec version (2026-07-28).
  - Supports UI / widget rendering.

## MCP tools (66)

### `create_planning_calculation` (~394 tokens)

Submit an asynchronous planning calculation

Accept an ordinary calculation asynchronously; heuristic submissions are unavailable through MCP. Omitted mode defaults to ordinary; expected_revision maps to base_revision. calculation_scope selects the fixed existing_189 or future configuration independently from mode. Full planning starts existing_189; after success show returned routes and use route_summary for the conditional PR-date decision, including forecast. Continue future only when that authoritative decision is ready with no date, or the user requests more options; respect an explicit 189-only scope. Before continuing, check the current dossier revision matches the first input_revision; pass continuation_of with the successful first calculation ID, the same revision/mode, and a distinct request_id. A version/revision/continuation error must not be bypassed by dropping the link or using a new key. Linked work follows the service quota contract. Keep request_id unchanged for retries. Missing necessary facts returns 422 needs_information with revision and versioned schema references, without accepting a task or reserving quota; supplement facts then use a new revision/request_id. Unresolved material preferences constrain only dependent actions through the Forms-enforced scope; do not treat scope_gaps as global blockers or bypass them with calculation options. Accepted work returns a persistent calculation_id immediately; use get_planning_calculation to poll and list_planning_calculations with request_id to recover a timed-out submission. parent_calculation_id and comparison must belong to this account and non-VIP channel. New comparison calculations requiring heuristic mode are unavailable through MCP; saved heuristic results remain readable. No VIP, arbitrary engines or budgets. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Input parameters:

- `calculation_scope` (string)
- `comparison`
- `continuation_of`
- `dossier_id` (string, required)
- `expected_revision` (integer, required)
- `mode` (string)
- `request_id` (string, required)

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `create_planning_dossier` (~87 tokens)

Create a planning dossier

Create an empty dossier only when the user requests it. request_id is the idempotency key: retain it on retries. Creation does not recognise facts or calculate a plan. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Input parameters:

- `request_id` (string, required)
- `title` (string)
- `token`

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `estimate_189_invitation` (~322 tokens)

Estimate subclass 189 invitation timing

Estimates when a subclass 189 EOI could be invited, using One U Education's queue model (the same as oneuedu.com's 189 invitation predictor): give the internal occupationCode and points, and optionally the EOI date of effect (YYYY-MM) for a queue position by lodgement month. Returns the verdict (next round, later round, not within the 24-month EOI life, or stalled), estimated month, fast/slow scenarios, EOIs ahead, and the wait at other points scores. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `eoiMonth` (string): Date of effect month YYYY-MM (when the EOI reached this score). Ties at the same score are ranked by it.
- `firstLodgedMonth` (string): Month the EOI was first lodged, if different from eoiMonth (EOIs expire 24 months after lodgement).
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `occupation` (string, required): Internal occupationCode from search_occupations, or occupation URL/slug. anzsco is a shared classification code, not a unique identity. Exact internal code matches take precedence; search to select a…
- `points` (integer, required): Points test score on the EOI (65 is the pass mark).

### `get_189_invitations` (~202 tokens)

Get subclass 189 invitation history

Subclass 189 (and 491 family sponsored) invitation round history for one ANZSCO occupation: each round date, whether the occupation was invited and the points cutoff, estimated invitations per recent round, the occupation's current 65+ point pool, the next round date Home Affairs has announced, and One U Education's frozen forecast of the next cutoff. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `occupation` (string, required): Internal occupationCode from search_occupations, or occupation URL/slug. anzsco is a shared classification code, not a unique identity. Exact internal code matches take precedence; search to select a…

### `get_agent_pricing` (~349 tokens)

Get One U Education partner agent pricing

One U Education's service price list for partner agents (the oneuedu.com agent pricing page): visa applications, school applications, short courses (White Card, forklift, EWP, first aid and more) and other services, each with its description. With the partner unlock code it adds, per product, the retail price (suggested price to the client), the agent settlement price (what the agent pays One U Education) and the agent profit; without the code prices stay hidden, as on the page. Prices are service fees only: government and other third-party fees are extra. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `category` (string): visa (visa applications), school (school applications), course (short courses such as White Card, forklift, first aid) or extra (other services).
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `query` (string): Words to match in the product name or description, in the result language (e.g. "482", "白卡", "forklift").
- `unlockCode` (string): Configured partner unlock code (including email-shaped codes), the same one the page asks for. Trim outer whitespace; preserve case and internal characters. Must be non-empty, at most 256 UTF-8 bytes…

### `get_course` (~357 tokens)

Read selected course topics

Read CRICOS course topics by code or URL. Defaults to core. Explicit nonempty sections replace the default: core, overview, fees, requirements, intakes, campuses, pathways, packages, similar, majors. Majors are directions within this CRICOS course; a listed option does not imply compulsory selection or availability at every campus/intake. Topic options must be nested under their selected section. Full semantic entries are preserved; subsequent pages require unchanged contentVersion. Use fee years/audience, requirement topics, date/campus filters or pageSize to narrow large responses. includeEvidence explicitly requests provider evidence separately from sections; website OAuth is required only on the public endpoint. includeSimilar and unknown arguments are rejected. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

Anonymous access covers the latest published month and preceding two calendar months in every view. Earlier months require an OAuth-connected One U Education account with mcp:read. History uses fromMonth/toMonth; distributions use page. Each request reads the current published data. Counts below twenty are suppressed, state categories overlap, and 189 has no state distribution. Preserve the other filters when continuing, and stop when the user’s question is answered. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

### `get_planning_calculation` (~945 tokens)

Read planning progress or a saved result

Read status (default), fixed input (input), lightweight choices (list), user-facing details (reading), or raw details (result). Saved metadata includes calculation_scope, continuation_of and route_summary. Use a ready route_summary covering ordinary and forecast 189 routes to distinguish available diagrams from usable conditional PR dates; never infer no date from pending/failed work, failed forecast, an unavailable decision or unread data. Show available routes first; partial scope is not exhaustive. Status queries wait up to ten seconds of waiting time for the same task and return actual progress with retry_after_seconds; network time is separate. While pending, continue with the same ID and honour retry_after_seconds; do not add arbitrary delays or stop merely after several polls. An interrupted query does not require a new calculation. Stop polling at succeeded/failed. Success is calculation completion, not delivery of a requested plan. A status-only question still requires reading current status; never report an unread successful calculation as unfinished. A progress follow-up continues an undelivered plan unless the user explicitly asks for status only, pauses or cancels. If a real host limit or persistent failure prevents waiting, verify an authorized supported follow-up or explicitly state none was scheduled; never promise an unregistered later check. After succeeded, start list at result_path="" with default limit=100 to locate candidates and scope. Unknown PR dates and partial search still require showing available preparation plans. Explain successful ordinary results even if forecast failed, preserving its error. A directions-only question may end with a list overview. For planning, next steps or a substantive result explanation, choose the most relevant 1–2 candidates from user facts/preferences and read the necessary conditions, preparations, dependencies, sources, time and costs before the first substantive reply, without asking permission to inspect…

Input parameters:

- `calculation_id` (required)
- `cursor` (string)
- `dossier_id` (required)
- `limit` (integer)
- `result_path`: Empty string starts the overview. Copy each returned reading_ref or reading_sections reference section and path into section and result_path; reading_sections may target reading or result. detail_pat…
- `section`: Use list to give a useful overview of the returned choices and scope first, without fetching all detail. When the user names a route or condition, directly read the relevant reading_ref/reading_secti…

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `get_planning_dossier` (~148 tokens)

Read my planning dossier

Read summary (default), profile, settings or questions. questions includes revision, versioned profile references and blocking_gaps from the same check used at calculation acceptance, plus scope_gaps identifying deferred directions and their authoritative preferences or profile Schema references. Check before a requested calculation; ask targeted questions for blockers, save replies and recheck. Other interview questions may remain optional; empty blocking_gaps does not establish visa eligibility. Read current arrays/revision before edits; reuse authoritative saved state. Unknown facts remain unknown. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Input parameters:

- `dossier_id` (string, required)
- `section` (string)

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `get_planning_input_options` (~77 tokens)

Read planning input choices and occupation categories

Read the Forms input choices, including the existing coarse occupation categories. Copy category IDs unchanged; trade includes technicians and is not a detailed industry taxonomy. This catalogue lookup does not require a dossier, save facts or run a calculation. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `get_planning_schema_definition` (~232 tokens)

Read an authoritative planning definition

Read one to twenty published references together in schema_refs, including a one-element list for one definition. Collect known references for the next action and batch them instead of calling once per field. Returns definitions keyed by reference and shared, reference-closed components. Reuse them at the same name/version; profile output and profile_patch input are distinct. result_list describes the lightweight list projection; result_reading describes expanded user-facing detail and field meanings, not integer record tables from the separate full-reading API. Invalid references or oversized batches fail explicitly; split a rejected batch without omitting constraints. Avoid full profile definitions unless needed. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Input parameters:

- `name` (string, required)
- `schema_refs` (array, required): Collect needed published schema_ref values and read them together, even for one reference. Same schema name/version only; definitions are keyed by reference and components are shared. Invalid referen…
- `version`: Reuse definitions only for the same schema name/version. Only the current version is served.

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `get_planning_schema_index` (~189 tokens)

Browse the planning schema directory

Discover unfamiliar fields. Omit index_ref for the root; each scope includes topic index_ref links, so follow the needed topic directly without first opening its scope. Follow returned references for nested records, dictionary values and variants. Collect the needed schema_ref values across topics, then read them together with get_planning_schema_definition. Reuse cached directories and definitions at the same schema name/version. Priorities are interview order, not requiredness. Do not explore unrelated topics or read schema before every save. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Input parameters:

- `index_ref`: Omit for the root directory. Copy a returned index_ref unchanged to navigate people, topics, records, dictionary values or variants; references belong to one schema name/version.
- `name` (string, required)
- `version`: Only the current returned version is served.

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `get_postcode` (~168 tokens)

Get postcode regional classification and schools

Get every locality/state for one Australian postcode, its regional category (Category 2 or Category 3, or null for non-regional) and associated schools. School addresses match the postcode text and are deduplicated by school code; they are not ranked by distance and may include closed campuses. Regional classification does not determine personal visa eligibility. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `postcode` (string, required): Exactly four digits as a string, including leading zeroes. Use a postcode returned by search_postcodes.

### `get_rpl_qualification` (~328 tokens)

Get RPL qualification and conditional quote

Read qualification requirements, risks, sources, public providers and RPL/gap/online prices by exact slug. Optional selections produce an indicative quote; missing choices remain explicit. Gap subtotal excludes extra interview/placement fees. Set includeProviderIdentity=true to identify the issuing school for an offering; this requires account authorization on the public endpoint. Never infer hidden school identities or treat a candidate as approved. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `gapUnits` (integer): Assessed gap units; requires gap pathway and providerPublicId. Do not guess.
- `includeProviderIdentity` (boolean): Set true when the user asks which school issues an RPL qualification or which RTO supplies a quote. Returns issuing school names and RTO numbers matched to each offering. Requires a connected One U E…
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `onlineTierId` (string)

- `providerPublicId` (string)
- `residency` (string): resident = PR/citizen; nonResident = temporary visa holder in Australia; offshore = outside Australia. Never infer a missing identity.
- `slug` (string, required): Exact slug returned by search_rpl_qualifications, not a qualification code.

One Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) by RTO code: legal and trading names, ABN, registration status and period, first registration date, regulator (ASQA, VRQA or TAC), head office, websites, every regulatory decision recorded on training.gov.au (conditions, suspensions, cancellations, rejected renewals, with status, dates, review and the original decision text), and the CRICOS schools linked to it on oneuedu.com with their open course counts. Use it to check whether a vocational provider is registered and in good standing. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

List regulatory actions against RTOs

Regulatory decisions of one type across all Australian RTOs, newest first: registration cancellations (default), suspensions, conditions, rejected renewals, shortened registration, scope removed, or cancelled qualifications. Gives the totals (decisions, RTOs affected, overturned on review), then each decision with its date, status as recorded (e.g. In effect, Not yet in effect, Under review, On hold, Supported / Overturned on review), review stage, reference, and the RTO with its current registration status and links. Use it for questions like "which colleges had their registration cancelled recently". This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `excludeOverturned` (boolean): Leave out decisions overturned, removed or set aside on review (the totals still count them).
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `page` (integer)

- `since` (string): Only decisions effective on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM).
- `type` (string): cancellation (default), suspension (incl. part suspension), conditions, reject-renewal, shorten-registration, remove-scope, cancelled-qualifications (qualifications / statements of attainment the reg…

Get provider (school) details

Read school facts, processing priority, campuses, dates and linked RTO. includeEvidence explicitly requests school evidence levels and optional passport-country risk/checklist facts; default false. Input parameters:

- `includeEvidence` (boolean): Explicitly read provider evidence, independent of the selected public sections. Website OAuth is required only on the public endpoint.

Input parameters:

- `course` (string, required)
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.

### `get_state_nomination_detail` (~437 tokens)

Read selected state nomination policy sections

Read selected policy blocks for one state; sections is required and nonempty. Start with the fewest blocks directly relevant to the question (fees for costs; application and policyNotes for state deadlines). programRules returns one upstream compiled project record, not all applicable conditions. It requires visaSubclass and exact program together; omit both for state-wide sections. In mixed requests they scope programRules only. For programRules, reuse the exact state/visaSubclass/program identity previously returned by this MCP in the current conversation. Otherwise first call get_state_nomination_occupations without program. User-provided pathway names, abbreviations or translations are not verified API identities. State-wide sections such as fees do not require directory discovery. Identify specific missing facts before reading more; if no block resolves a conflict, report it. available means data was read, not verified, undisputed or personal eligibility. federalRequirements is shared validity/deadline information, not all federal visa rules. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Without program, discover the full exact state/visaSubclass/program directory (optionally filter visaSubclass); page has no meaning in directory mode. With program and visaSubclass, verify the exact identity and read one official or national baseline list, 40 records per page. A list match is not personal eligibility. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `code` (string, required)
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.

This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.

Pass topic, and studentLocation for study topics, to get the advisors the site recommends first. Use it when the user wants to talk to a person, a consultant or a specialist. Each avatarUrl is that advisor's website-provided profile image; it may be a landscape or another non-portrait image. If displaying an advisor avatar, use that advisor's exact returned URL. If it is unavailable or cannot be loaded, omit the avatar; do not replace it with a searched, generated or another advisor's image. To display official advisor cards in a supported client, call show_advisor_cards with the returned advisorId values and the same consultation filters. A recommendation is not a designation as the sole person responsible. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

### `search_courses` (~1256 tokens)

Search Australian courses

Search CRICOS-registered Australian courses for international students by keyword and structured filters (state/city, qualification group or exact AQF level, field of education, tuition range, IELTS, length, provider type, provider code, provider evidence level, regional area, sort). Returns a page of compact course summaries with tuition for the given studentLocation, provider and page url, plus webUrl (the same search on oneuedu.com) for the user. totalResults is the number of matching courses; when totalCapped is true only the first reachableResults of them can be paged through, so split the search (by state, subject, schoolCode or fee range) to list them all. evidenceLevel requires a website account on the public endpoint; other filters are public. Use get_course with explicit sections afterwards for the topics relevant to a specific course. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

### `search_occupations` (~663 tokens)

Search skilled occupations (ANZSCO)

Search the Australian skilled occupation database (ANZSCO codes used for skills assessment and skilled migration) by occupation name keyword or ANZSCO code, optionally filtered by occupation list (MLTSSL / STSOL / ROL / CSOL), by the lists a visa subclass accepts (189, 190, 491, 491F, 494, 407, 485, 482, 186) and by processing priority under Ministerial Directions 121 / 122. Returns occupation identity (occupationCode, shared anzsco, optional name), which occupation lists it sits on, shortage flag, processing-priority sector and the oneuedu.com page url. For "482 priority occupations" use visaSubclass "482" with processingPriority true. Use get_base_occupation for basic facts; get_occupation_visas, get_skill_assessment_rules, get_189_invitations, get_eoi or get_state_nomination for a specific topic. get_occupation requires explicit sections for multi-topic queries. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `keyword` (string): Occupation name in English or Chinese (e.g. "nurse", "software engineer", "厨师") or an ANZSCO code such as "254411".

### `search_planning_occupations` (~172 tokens)

Discover planning occupations and source coverage

Discover the complete Forms occupation catalogue with an optional keyword and coarse category from get_planning_input_options. Empty q explicitly discovers a page. Reuse next_cursor unchanged with the same query; source/query changes fail visibly. Keeps distinct internal identities sharing an ANZSCO classification. Source coverage present/absent/unavailable is not personal eligibility, predictability, a recommendation score or an invitation date. No dossier, saving, quota debit or calculation. Use existing occupation topic tools for duties, assessment and courses; only explicit user selection within save authorization may update goals. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Input parameters:

- `category` (string)
- `cursor` (string)
- `limit` (integer)
- `q` (string)

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `search_postcodes` (~169 tokens)

Search Australian postcodes and localities

Search the website postcode directory by postcode or English/Chinese locality name. Returns Delivery Area localities in postcode/name order, including multiple localities for the same postcode. Use get_postcode for regional classification and associated schools. This is not the course-campus postcode filter. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `page` (integer)
- `pageSize` (integer)
- `query` (string, required): Australian postcode, English locality or Chinese locality name. Preserve leading zeroes, e.g. "0800".

### `search_rpl_qualifications` (~262 tokens)

Search RPL qualifications

Find candidate qualifications by code/name, industry and RPL, gap training or online pathway. Search before asking for missing personal details. Returns candidates, not an eligibility assessment. Pure RPL prices are labelled by residency; gap/online prices require details. Use get_rpl_qualification to explain requirements and calculate conditional quotes. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `hasPrice` (boolean): Only explicitly filter when requested. True = any public quote for the selected path/identity, false = none. Gap/online may require detail checks; narrow the query if requested.
- `industry` (string): Industry key from the industries list returned by this tool.
- `keyword` (string)
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `page` (integer)
- `pageSize` (integer)
- `pathway` (string)
- `residency` (string): resident = PR/citizen; nonResident = temporary visa holder in Australia; offshore = outside Australia. Never infer a missing identity.

### `search_rtos` (~414 tokens)

Search Australian RTOs (vocational training providers)

Search the register of Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs, the providers that issue VET qualifications such as Certificate III/IV and Diplomas) by name, trading name, RTO code, ABN or linked school name, with filters for state, registration status (current / historical), regulatory decisions in effect and providers with courses on oneuedu.com. Each result gives registration status and period, regulator, decision counts, the CRICOS schools linked to the RTO, and the oneuedu.com and training.gov.au links. Use get_rto for one RTO in full. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `page` (integer)
- `pageSize` (integer)
- `query` (string): Legal or trading name, RTO code, ABN, or the name of a CRICOS school linked to the RTO (e.g. "Kingston", "22134", "TAFE NSW").
- `sort` (string): name (default; an exact RTO code match comes first), recentlyEnded (latest registration end first; default for status historical), oneuCourses (most courses open on oneuedu.com first).
- `state` (string): State or territory of the head office.
- `status` (string): current (default) = registration in effect; historical = cancelled, revoked, surrendered or lapsed; all = both.
- `withCurrentRegulatoryDecisions` (boolean): Only RTOs with a regulatory decision currently in effect or under review (conditions, suspension, cancellation, etc.).
- `withOneuCourses` (boolean): Only RTOs linked to a CRICOS school with courses open for application on oneuedu.com (not with status historical).

### `search_short_courses` (~182 tokens)

Search short courses and work certificates

Search published short courses/work certificates by keyword and state. Includes courses without providers or upcoming classes unless explicitly filtered. Class summaries are for discovery only; call get_short_course before recommending a specific date or fee. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `hasUpcomingClasses` (boolean): Filter catalog records with (true) or without (false) future classes, including today. Does not confirm available seats; get_short_course refreshes schedules.
- `keyword` (string)
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `page` (integer)
- `pageSize` (integer)
- `state` (string)

### `search_visa_cases` (~273 tokens)

Search successful visa cases

Find published successful visa cases for one required subclass (500/600/485/820), with school, advisor, subject and inclusive age filters. Call list_visa_case_filters for valid values. Returns a compact page, public IDs and website links; call get_visa_case for details. No keyword search, courseCode filter, similarity ranking or cross-subclass search. Cases are examples, not approval probabilities or processing-time forecasts. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `maxAge` (integer)

- `page` (integer)
- `pageSize` (integer)
- `schoolCode` (string): schoolCode from list_visa_case_filters.

- `subject` (string): Exact subject value from list_visa_case_filters; do not translate it.
- `visaType` (string, required): One visa subclass: 500, 600, 485 or 820. Offer cases are not supported.

### `search_visa_conditions` (~150 tokens)

Search Australian visa conditions

Search public Home Affairs visa condition descriptions by number or keyword, or omit keyword to browse. Results are grouped by condition number; get_visa_condition returns all source records. English is official source text; Chinese is translated. Does not determine conditions attached to a personal visa. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `keyword` (string)
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `page` (integer)
- `pageSize` (integer)

### `show_advisor_cards` (~352 tokens)

Show official advisor cards

Display official advisor cards after list_advisors. Pass the chosen advisorId values and the same consultation filters. The server reloads names, images and contacts from the website; do not invent IDs or supply URLs. Recommendations indicate suggested contacts, not the sole person responsible for a visa or application. This read-only tool does not send a message or start an application. Clients without UI can use the complete text result.

Input parameters:

- `advisorIds` (array, required): One to six distinct advisorId values returned by list_advisors. Pass the same locale, topic, studentLocation and language used for that query.
- `language` (string): Language the user wants to talk to the advisor in: zh = Chinese-speaking advisors on WeChat, en = English-speaking advisor on WhatsApp. Defaults to zh for zh-CN / zh-TW and en for en-US.
- `locale` (string): Language of names/descriptions in the result: zh-CN (default, Simplified Chinese plus English names), en-US, zh-TW. Also selects the language prefix of returned oneuedu.com URLs.
- `studentLocation` (string): Whether the user is inside (onshore) or outside (offshore) Australia. Some study advisors only look after one of the two.
- `topic` (string): What the user wants to talk about: school (choosing schools and courses, applications, transfers), visa (visa applications), rpl (RPL and short courses), immigration (skilled migration, state nominat…

### `submit_application` (~62 tokens)

- `type` (string)
- `typeData` (object)

### `submit_feedback` (~945 tokens)

Submit or follow up website feedback

Create feedback or append a message to your own existing feedback using feedback_id. Anonymous reports are one-way and cannot be discussed or claimed. New reports require issue_type and target_type; appends accept only feedback_id, content, source_urls and request_id. Submit user-requested corrections, missing data or other feedback on any topic to One U Education for review. Available anonymously or with a connected account; connected submissions are associated with that account. Compose stand-alone content a consultant can understand without this conversation, using known context and available sources. Do not require the report to match an editable CRM field or verify every claim before accepting it; resource classification and editing decisions belong to OneULink CRM handling. Ask only for missing facts that materially change the target, scope or meaning; do not re-ask known facts or demand exhaustive evidence. Useful incomplete leads are accepted with explicit unknowns. School/course reports require a code or name; never guess a match. Keep user claims distinct from verified facts. A receipt means received for review, not verified, accepted or corrected; submission never edits official data. This public endpoint returns English natural-language text, preserving sources, conditions and pagination.

Input parameters:

- `contact_email` (string): Optional email explicitly provided by the user to receive automated no-reply notifications for staff replies and resolution (anonymous reports receive resolution only). For new signed-in feedback, om…
- `content` (string, required): Stand-alone plain-text report for a reviewer who cannot see this conversation. Preserve the user's meaning and concrete facts: (1) the subject and affected scope, such as school/course, campus, intak…
- `feedback_id` (string): Existing feedback reference to append to. Requires the owning account. Omit only for a new report; never fall back to creating a report after an append error.
- `issue_type` (string): Nature of the report: incorrect_data = an existing fact is reported as wrong; missing_data = information or context is missing; other = another issue.
- `notification_locale` (string): Language for the optional resolution email. Use the conversation language; defaults to English. No need to ask solely for this field.
- `notifications_enabled` (boolean): Defaults to true for new feedback. Set false if the user declines email notifications. Cannot change via an append.
- `page_url` (string): Actual page where the issue was noticed, if known; not proof by itself. HTTP/HTTPS only. Omit unknown URLs and never include credentials or private access links.
- `request_id` (string): UUID for this operation. Reuse unchanged with identical content after an uncertain response; use a new UUID for a different operation.
- `source_urls` (array): Up to 10 actual HTTP/HTTPS evidence URLs supplied by the user or found during checking; never fabricate links or include credentials/private access links. Explain what they support in content. If the…
- `target_code` (string): Known school/course CRICOS code; preserve leading zeroes. Omit when unknown.
- `target_name` (string): School/course or other subject name as supplied or found in query results. Preserve it without guessing a record match; include the school in content when a course name is ambiguous.
- `target_type` (string): Choose the actual subject: school for school-wide issues or missing courses at a known provider; course for a specific existing course; website for a site issue; other for RTO/RPL or another topic. D…
- `year` (integer): Year the report applies to, only if known. Not the submission year by default. Put terms, date ranges or multiple applicable years in content; omit this field if no single year is established.

### `update_application` (~165 tokens)

Update my application details

Save supported application text the applicant voluntarily provides or asks to correct, including supported basic identity and contact fields. Applicants must be 18 or over; do not save details for someone under 18. Updates can replace or clear previously saved values. Do not proactively solicit private details. Read the latest revision first; clarify ambiguous intent, quoted or third-party information before writing. Do not invent unsupported fields. Existing private values remain hidden in safe reads. Documents use Forms. After a conflict re-read; after timeout retain operationId.

Input parameters:

- `basicChanges` (object)
- `expectedRevision` (integer, required): Use the revision from the latest get_application result under this exact key.
- `operationId` (string, required)
- `taskId` (string, required)
- `typeChanges` (object)

Output parameters:

- `allowedActions` (array)
- `assessment` (object)
- `blockingIssues` (array)
- `chatPolicy` (object)
- `completionContacts`
- `contact` (object)
- `contactAdvisorUrl`
- `files` (array)
- `followUpItems` (array)
- `form` (object)
- `id` (string)
- `interview` (object)
- `locale` (string)
- `notification`
- `revision` (integer)
- `status` (string)
- `type` (string)
- `typeData` (object)

### `update_planning_profile` (~293 tokens)

Update confirmed planning facts

Save the user’s explicit confirmed facts as structured changes at expected_revision. The client model interprets text/files; clarify ambiguous people, ownership or inferred facts before writing. When a field or record shape is unknown, use get_planning_schema_index and batch all needed references in get_planning_schema_definition.schema_refs with name=profile_patch; reuse definitions and included components already read at the same schema name/version, without mixing profile output and profile_patch input definitions. Schema discovery is not a prerequisite for every write. Save supported facts progressively without completing unrelated topics. A successful save already returns the revision and resource; fetch questions only when the next reply actually needs a new backend question, not as an automatic post-save check. Atomic changes may span people and topics. Objects merge; spouse:{} creates an empty spouse, spouse:null removes it without changing relationship status. Study, work and occupational goals are independent; explain recommendations and obtain user confirmation before saving them. Omitted fields remain unchanged; nullable facts accept null, empty string or empty array as unknown; valid zero and false are preserved; arrays replace the complete array, so read and preserve unrelated records and stable IDs. Returns the saved revision or explicit validation errors. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Input parameters:

- `changes` (object, required)
- `dossier_id` (string, required)
- `expected_revision` (integer, required)

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)

### `update_planning_settings` (~130 tokens)

Update planning preferences

Save planning preferences/settings at expected_revision. Read current settings first; discover unfamiliar preference fields with schema name=preferences. Applicant preferences and the non-recursive spouse preferences are independent. Save explicit answers; a skipped question leaves the saved value unchanged, while an explicit undecided answer clears it with null. Omitted fields remain unchanged; arrays replace the complete array. Returns the saved revision. Requires the authenticated One U Education account and declared planning scope; credentials and user identity are never tool arguments.

Input parameters:

- `changes` (object, required)
- `dossier_id` (string, required)
- `expected_revision` (integer, required)

Output parameters:

- `code` (integer)
- `data` (object)
- `msg` (string)
