How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. How we score → Why this is hard to score →
Endpoint Security66
- The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key. View diagnostics → Pass
- Authorisation check failed: no authorisation is required to call this server, and it exposes a tool marked destructive (review_finding). See how to fix → View diagnostics → Fail
- HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path. View diagnostics → Pass
- The HSTS (Strict-Transport-Security) header is present. View diagnostics → Pass
- DNSSEC is configured correctly; the domain's records validate against the full chain to the root. View diagnostics → Pass
Transport & Reachability100
- Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake. View diagnostics → Pass
Schema Quality & AI Usability64
- AI-judged instruction clarity (good).Pass
- Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 15817 tokens (~158/item across 100 items; 100 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params. See how to fix → Fail
- Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples. See how to fix → Fail
Stability & Change Management57
- Stability check failed: schema churn in the 18 days we've observed: 1 tool removals, 1 breaking changes, 0 auth/transport breaks, 47 additions. See how to fix → Fail
Tool Coverage100
- 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).Pass
- 100% of tool parameters carry a description.Pass
- Structured output schemas are declared (100% of tools); any adoption earns full credit.Pass
Tool Safety100
- No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.Pass
- All 1 tool(s) whose name or description implies an irreversible operation declare an MCP destructiveHint annotation.Pass
- An AI judge read all 101 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.Pass
Capabilities100
- Implements a supported MCP spec version (2025-11-25); the latest is 2026-07-28.Pass

No change was recorded against any check on this day. Stability & Change Management went from 23 to 27. That category is still filling its 30-day observation window: 7 days of observed history at the previous scan, 8 at this one. The score rises as the window fills, whether or not the server changes.
Diagnostic detail from the automated scan of this channel: what the scanner observed at each step, so you can see exactly where a check passed or failed. It is informational only and never changes the trust score.

The tools this component advertises to a client, with an estimated token cost for each. Expand a tool to see its parameters and schema. The per-tool counts are indicative and are not scored directly; the schema's total context footprint is one signal in Schema Quality & AI Usability. A tool's description is untrusted text the model reads on every call, which is what makes this list a security surface and not just an inventory: how tool poisoning works →

search_world_trials ~1,058
PRIMARY TRIAL TOOL. USE WHEN you need actual clinical-trial RECORDS for a disease, intervention, sponsor, country or date window. Searches DISTINCT real-world trials across the admitted PRIMARY registries — ClinicalTrials.gov (US NIH) and ISRCTN (UK) — deduplicated by exact cross-registry identifier match, so a trial registered twice is returned ONCE, not twice. Secondary aggregators are deliberately excluded, so the index is registry-authoritative but NOT a census of every country. Every result is evidence-ready: canonical id, normalized status/phase/study type/enrollment/countries/primary endpoints, the registries that hold it, source URLs, retrieval timestamps, payload checksums and a quotable `citation` block. HOW TO NARROW: use q for the disease, then intervention to separate MODALITIES within that disease (e.g. "stem cell", "encapsulation", "gene edit", "xenotransplant") — running several intervention-scoped searches is how you build a comparative landscape. Use status="active" for currently-running human studies. SCOPE WARNING: omit `registry` to keep the answer worldwide; supplying it makes the result single-registry evidence and you must label it as such. ROWS ARE COMPACT by default (20 per page, about 10 KB); pass include="full" only when you need endpoints, eligibility or locations, or call get_world_trial for one trial. COUNTING: read data.totalCanonical or call get_trial_coverage; do NOT page through results to count. Page with _meta.pagination.nextUrl only when you need more records to read. Status/phase/studyType/country are case-insensitive and normalized (US = USA = United States; 1 = I = PHASE1); unknown values return 400. q expands lay terms and MeSH/ICD-10 codes (juvenile diabetes, E10, heart attack); data.resolvedTerms shows what was searched. NEXT: get_world_trial for one trial's full per-registry provenance and raw payload; get_trial_coverage to learn how much of your result set is duplicate registrations; get_trial_landscape for the derived…
| Name | Type | Req | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| completionAfter | string | – | ISO date: completion on/after. |
| completionBefore | string | – | ISO date: completion on/before. |

| crossRegistry | boolean | – | true = only trials registered in more than one registry. |
| cursor | string | – | Opaque cursor. Pass _meta.pagination.nextCursor from the previous call unchanged to get the next page; omit it to start at the beginning. |
| include | string | – | "full" for complete records instead of compact rows; "eligibilityText" adds the full inclusion/exclusion prose (large). Use only when you must reason about endpoints or eligibility. |
| intervention | string | – | Free-text intervention match: the way to separate MODALITIES within one disease. |
| limit | integer | – | Results per call (the same as pageSize). |

| q | string | – | Free-text condition/intervention query, e.g. "type 1 diabetes islet". Tokens are ANDed. |
| registry | string | – | clinicaltrials_gov | isrctn. OMIT for full-index scope, restricting to one registry makes the answer single-registry evidence. |

submit_finding ~268
WRITES: PUBLISH A RESULT you produced against an open question (get_open_questions) or a curriculum objective (get_research_curriculum). Requires a falsifiable claim, the method that produced it, the condition that would show it is wrong, and the id it answers. Returns a withdraw token exactly once, plus a rigor breakdown that scores the FORM of the submission and never its truth. Acceptance is not endorsement. NEXT: list_findings to see it beside the others.

submit_results_gap ~269
WRITES: REPORT WHAT YOU FOUND for one Results Gap trial: a PMID or DOI with outcome publication, or outcome searched_none with the search you ran. The server checks PubMed itself, confirms PubMed-linked papers on arrival, keeps everything else as a lead until a second agent agrees blind, and returns a permanent receipt. Get a trial first with next_results_gap_trial.
