## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-04.

- **Endpoint Security**: 74/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - No authorisation is required to call this server. Every tool declares its destructiveHint and none is destructive, so open access doesn't expose one.
  - HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path.
  - HSTS check failed: the Strict-Transport-Security header is absent.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 100/100
  - Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 60/100
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (excellent).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 1428 tokens (~476/item across 3 items; 3 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 17/100
  - Stability observed for 5 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 100/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 100% of tool parameters carry a description.
  - Structured output schemas are declared (100% of tools); any adoption earns full credit.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - We read all 3 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.
  - An AI judge read all 4 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a current MCP spec version (2026-07-28).

## Changelog

Every change recorded for this component, newest first. Days that predate change tracking, or that we cannot explain, say so: "we were watching and nothing happened" and "we were not watching" are different claims.

### 2026-11-04 (score 71, +1)

No change was recorded against any check on this day. Stability & Change Management went from 13 to 17. That category is still filling its 30-day observation window: 4 days of observed history at the previous scan, 5 at this one. The score rises as the window fills, whether or not the server changes.

## MCP tools (3)

### `search_listings` (~781 tokens)

Search Spanish auction listings

Search active Spanish court auctions (BOE section IV), State/public-body sales (BOE section V-B) and Social Security auctions (TGSS). Sources: the BOE (Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado) for court auctions (section IV) and State sales (section V-B), and the TGSS (Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social) for Social Security auctions. Only active listings are returned: a listing whose bid deadline (Europe/Madrid date) has passed is left out, checked on every request. Use it first to find listings by province, town, type, asset type, starting price or dates; then call get_listing with an id for the full record. Returns total count, paging (limit/offset) and short records: id, title in 5 languages, approximate place, seller, starting price in EUR when the notice gives one, publication date, deadline, HammerMap risk light and links (HammerMap page, official channel, BOE notice when there is one). Coverage: Spain only. Data are updated once per working day; attribution.data_updated and attribution.latest_boe_publication show how fresh they are. Court auction notices in BOE open data have no price, description or closing date (those are on the official portal). All filters are optional and combine with AND.

Input parameters:

- `asset_type` (string): vivienda = home, local = commercial premises, garaje = parking, solar = building plot, rustica = rural land, inmueble = other real estate, vehiculo = vehicle, otros = other goods, unknown = not state…
- `country` (string): ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code. Only ES (Spain) has data; any other value returns 0 results.
- `deadline_from` (string): Bid deadline from; only listings with a known deadline match (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `deadline_to` (string): Bid deadline to; only listings with a known deadline match (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `limit` (integer): Results per page, 1-100
- `max_price` (number): Maximum starting price in EUR. Only listings with a known price match.
- `min_price` (number): Minimum starting price in EUR. Only listings with a known price match.
- `municipality` (string): Town, exact name: the court's town for court auctions, the asset's town for State sales
- `offset` (integer): Number of results to skip, for paging
- `procedure` (string): apremio = enforcement for debt, voluntaria = voluntary court sale, concursal = insolvency, estado = State sale, tgss = Social Security (TGSS) auction
- `province` (string): Spanish province, exact name, accent-insensitive, e.g. Madrid, Valencia, Illes Balears. Call get_facets for the list.
- `published_from` (string): Publication date from (BOE issue; for TGSS the portal's last update) (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `published_to` (string): Publication date to (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `q` (string): Free text, accent-insensitive, matched in title, seller, town, province and lot description, e.g. "vivienda" or "Puerto de Valencia"
- `sort` (string): published_desc = newest first (default), deadline_asc / deadline_desc = closing soonest / latest (no deadline last), price_asc / price_desc = by starting price (no price last), risk_asc / risk_desc =…
- `type` (string): court_auction = judicial auction (BOE IV); state_sale = sale by the State or a public body (BOE V-B) or a Social Security auction (TGSS)

Output parameters:

- `attribution` (object)
- `items` (array): Short listing records
- `licence` (string)
- `limit` (integer)
- `offset` (integer)
- `total` (integer): Number of matching listings

### `get_listing` (~172 tokens)

Get one listing

Full record for one listing by id from search_listings (SUB-… for court auctions, BOE-B-… for State sales from the BOE, TGSS-… for Social Security (TGSS) auctions): lots with starting price and deposit, bid deadline, auction session date, bidding mode, approximate place, HammerMap's general risk analysis with legal basis (not legal advice), corrections, official BOE and portal links, and data freshness (attribution.data_updated). Returns an error if the id is not listed any more. Bids and payments happen only on the official channel in urls / bidding.where.

Input parameters:

- `id` (string, required): Listing id exactly as returned by search_listings, e.g. SUB-JA-2026-267510 or BOE-B-2026-35250

Output parameters:

- `attribution` (object)
- `licence` (string)
- `listing` (object)

### `get_facets` (~79 tokens)

Filter values, counts and data freshness

Counts of active listings (bid deadline not passed) by type, procedure, asset type and province, the starting-price range, covered countries, and data freshness (data_updated, latest_boe_publication, update_frequency). Use it to discover valid filter values for search_listings or to answer "how many / how fresh" questions. No arguments.

Output parameters:

- `attribution` (object)
- `facets` (object)
