- `notify_email` (boolean): Email each submission to the form's verified recipients, on every plan (Free: up to 3 recipients). Telegram is separate and immediate. Default true.

Ready-to-paste contact form code for one form, with its access key, hidden _lang field, botcheck honeypot, and the Turnstile widget if the form has it enabled. html = plain <form> POST; react = component with fetch and inline status; next = the same component marked "use client" for the Next.js App Router.

- `form_id` (string, required): Form id from list_forms or create_form.
- `framework` (string)
- `lang` (string): Visitor language for labels and Formgong messages (en, uk, pl, tr, de, es, fr, pt, ar, he, hi, ja). Defaults to the form language.

Add a public HTTPS URL to one form. Every new submission is then POSTed there as JSON with an X-Signature header (sha256=HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body, keyed with the form's signing key). Returns the webhook id and that signing key, so the receiver can verify each request.

Input parameters:

- `form_id` (string, required): Form id.
- `url` (string, required): Public HTTPS URL that receives the submissions.
