Deterministic Solana launch-state verification. Reads on-chain mint authority, Token-2022 extensions, and metadata for a token and returns a verdict (pass / pass_with_info_finding / warning / risk / unknowable) with finding codes, explicit coverage gaps, a signed attestation hash, and (optionally) a Raydium CPMM liquidity-lock check when a poolAddress is supplied. Returns 'unknowable' rather than guessing when evidence is incomplete.
