## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-05.

- **Endpoint Security**: 80/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - No authorisation is required to call this server. Every tool declares its destructiveHint and none is destructive, so open access doesn't expose one.
  - HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path.
  - The HSTS (Strict-Transport-Security) header is present.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 100/100
  - Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 59/100
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (good).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 511 tokens (~511/item across 1 items; 1 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 17/100
  - Stability observed for 5 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 100/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 100% of tool parameters carry a description.
  - Structured output schemas are declared (100% of tools); any adoption earns full credit.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - We read all 1 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.
  - An AI judge read all 2 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a current MCP spec version (2026-07-28).

The mcpServers block is a cross-client convention. Remote transports vary, so check your client's docs.

## Changelog

Every change recorded for this component, newest first. Days that predate change tracking, or that we cannot explain, say so: "we were watching and nothing happened" and "we were not watching" are different claims.

### 2026-11-05 (score 73, +1)

No change was recorded against any check on this day. Stability & Change Management went from 13 to 17. That category is still filling its 30-day observation window: 4 days of observed history at the previous scan, 5 at this one. The score rises as the window fills, whether or not the server changes.

### 2026-11-02 (score 72, +1)

No change was recorded against any check on this day. Stability & Change Management went from 3 to 7. That category is still filling its 30-day observation window: 1 days of observed history at the previous scan, 2 at this one. The score rises as the window fills, whether or not the server changes.

## MCP tools (1)

### `make_dashboard_from_file` (~427 tokens)

Make a dashboard from a spreadsheet

Turn a spreadsheet export (Excel or CSV, up to 10 MB) into an Every Number dashboard. Returns a read-only dashboard link and every number on it with its receipt: the definition, the rows it used, and the rows it left out with the reason. Fixed rules lay out the screen and a database counts every number; no AI reads the file. Send the file as file_url (a Google Sheet shared as 'Anyone with the link', a Dropbox link, or a file in a public GitHub repository) or as file_content (CSV text, or base64 for Excel) with file_name. No account needed. Anyone with the link can open the dashboard, and it is deleted 24 hours after upload unless the person saves it. Limits: 5 files per 10 minutes and 20 per day from one place.

Input parameters:

- `content_encoding` (string): How file_content is written. Default: base64 for .xlsx, .xlsm and .xls, text for everything else.
- `file` (object): A file the person attached in ChatGPT. ChatGPT fills this in. Other assistants send file_url or file_content instead.
- `file_content` (string): The file itself, up to 10 MB: CSV or TSV text as it is, or an Excel file encoded as base64. Send this or file_url.
- `file_name` (string): The file's name with its extension, such as orders-october.csv or pipeline.xlsx. Needed with file_content. It also becomes the dashboard's title.
- `file_url` (string): A link to the file: a Google Sheet shared as 'Anyone with the link', a Dropbox link, a file in a public GitHub repository or gist, or an Every Number sample such as https://everynumber.app/samples/ti…
- `sheet` (string): For an Excel file with several sheets, the name of the sheet to read. Default: the sheet with the most data.

Output parameters:

- `dashboard_url` (string): The dashboard, read-only. Anyone with this link can open it until it's deleted.
- `decision` (string): The question the screen is laid out to answer, picked by rules from the columns.
- `expires_at` (string): When the dashboard and the rows we read are deleted, unless it's saved (ISO 8601).
- `file` (object)
- `findings` (array): What this file says, in sentences filled from the numbers.
- `headline` (array): The numbers across the top of the dashboard.
- `how_counted` (string)
- `keep` (string)
- `numbers` (array)
- `screen` (object)
- `title` (string)
