## Trust breakdown

How this component scores in each security and reliability category. Every signal is checked automatically against the live server, and we only credit what we can confirm. Scores are 0–100 per category. Scoring method: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring (what has changed: https://verifymcp.io/docs/scoring/changelog)

Scored 2026-11-06.

- **Endpoint Security**: 94/100
  - The endpoint's TLS certificate is valid, in date, and uses a strong key.
  - Authorisation is enforced on tool calls, advertised via RFC 9728 protected-resource metadata. Discovery is public, which costs nothing: no tool can be invoked without a token.
  - HTTPS is enforced; there's no plaintext access path.
  - The HSTS (Strict-Transport-Security) header is present.
  - DNSSEC check failed: this domain isn't protected by DNSSEC.
  - The authorisation server offers only Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591), which MCP 2026-07-28 deprecated in favour of Client ID Metadata Documents.
- **Transport & Reachability**: 100/100
  - Verified streamable-http transport via a live MCP handshake.
- **Schema Quality & AI Usability**: 74/100
  - AI-judged instruction clarity (excellent).
  - Context-footprint check failed: tool/resource definitions use about 870 tokens (~145/item across 6 items; 6 tools + 0 resources), over budget; trim descriptions and params.
  - Usage-examples check failed: none of the tools include examples.
- **Stability & Change Management**: 33/100
  - Stability observed for 10 of 30 days with no destabilising changes; credit accrues until the full window elapses.
- **Tool Coverage**: 96/100
  - 100% of tools have a non-trivial description (not blank, and not just the tool's name).
  - 88% of tool parameters carry a description.
- **Tool Safety**: 100/100
  - No prompt-injection markers were found in the server instructions, tool names or descriptions we captured.
  - We read all 6 captured tool definition(s), and no name or description among them implies an irreversible operation.
  - An AI judge read all 7 captured unit(s) of tool text and found none that tries to manipulate the model reading it.
- **Capabilities**: 100/100
  - Implements a current MCP spec version (2026-07-28).

The mcpServers block is a cross-client convention. Remote transports vary, so check your client's docs.

## Changelog

Every change recorded for this component, newest first. Days that predate change tracking, or that we cannot explain, say so: "we were watching and nothing happened" and "we were not watching" are different claims.

### 2026-11-06 (score 83, 0)

## MCP tools (6)

### `search_saves` (~236 tokens)

Search saves

Search posts already imported into the authenticated user's AgentMash library. Use for requests to find their saved content by topic, author, platform (including newsletters forwarded to their Pro address) or collection. Matches keywords and, when enabled for the account, meaning. Returns snippets and original URLs, with limit and offset pagination. Omit query to list newest imports. Does not search the live web or sync platforms. Read-only; calls count toward account usage and appear in the user's activity log.

Input parameters:

- `author` (string): Author handle, e.g. levelsio (without @).
- `collection_id` (string): Only saves in this collection (see list_collections).
- `kind` (string): Only this type of save.
- `limit` (integer)
- `offset` (integer)
- `platform` (string): Only saves from this platform (x, linkedin, instagram, reddit, youtube, facebook, web or newsletter).
- `query` (string): What to look for, in plain words. Omit to list saves newest first.
- `saved_within_days` (integer): Only saves imported in the last N days.

### `get_save` (~101 tokens)

Get a save

Read one saved post in the authenticated user's AgentMash library using an id returned by a saves tool. Returns stored full text, original URL, and available transcript, media, links, stats and collections. Missing content is not fetched from the source platform. An unknown or inaccessible id returns no save. Read-only; calls count toward account usage and appear in the user's activity log.

Input parameters:

- `id` (string, required): The save id from search_saves or recent_saves.

### `recent_saves` (~123 tokens)

Recent saves

List posts imported into the authenticated user's AgentMash library within the last N days, newest imports first. Use for a recent library recap. Dates reflect import time, which can differ from when the user originally saved a post. Returns up to limit results. Read-only; calls count toward account usage and appear in the user's activity log.

Input parameters:

- `days` (integer): How many days back to look (1 to 365).
- `limit` (integer): Maximum number of saves to return (1 to 50).
- `platform` (string): Only saves from this platform.

### `list_sources` (~74 tokens)

List sources

Read the authenticated user's AgentMash source status, saved-post counts, last sync times and reconnection status. Includes the newsletters source when forwarding is in use. Use to check which imported sources are available. Does not connect, reconnect or sync any platform. Read-only; calls count toward account usage and appear in the user's activity log.

### `list_collections` (~91 tokens)

List collections

List the authenticated user's AgentMash collections with ids, names, sources and saved-post counts. Use to find a collection to browse. Includes imported folders and lists when available. Empty collections are omitted unless include_empty is true. Does not create or change collections. Read-only; calls count toward account usage and appear in the user's activity log.

Input parameters:

- `include_empty` (boolean): Also list collections that have no saves.

### `get_collection_saves` (~123 tokens)

Get collection saves

List saved posts from one collection in the authenticated user's AgentMash library, newest imports first, using a collection_id from list_collections. Supports limit and offset pagination. An empty collection returns no saves; an unknown or inaccessible collection returns an error. Read-only; calls count toward account usage and appear in the user's activity log.

Input parameters:

- `collection_id` (string, required): The collection id from list_collections.
- `limit` (integer): Maximum number of saves to return (1 to 50).
- `offset` (integer): How many saves to skip, for paging.

## Common questions

### What is the AgentMash MCP server?

AgentMash is an MCP server listed in the public MCP registry as ai.agentmash/agentmash. All your bookmarks in one library. Share them with your AI agents. Read-only search over your saves. This page covers its hosted endpoint (https://agentmash.ai/mcp).

### Is the AgentMash MCP server safe to use?

AgentMash scores 83 out of 100 on VerifyMCP. That is a record of what we were able to check automatically, not an endorsement. The category breakdown on this page shows every signal behind the number, including the ones we could not confirm.

### What tools does the AgentMash MCP server expose?

AgentMash exposes 6 tools: search_saves, get_save, recent_saves, list_sources, list_collections, get_collection_saves. Their descriptions and schemas cost roughly 748 tokens of context every time the server is loaded.

### Does the AgentMash MCP server require authentication?

Yes. AgentMash asked us for credentials when we connected, so you will need to authorise it in your MCP client before it can do anything.

### Is the AgentMash MCP server still maintained?

AgentMash is still listed as active in the MCP registry. We last reached this channel on 6 November 2026. Those dates come from our own scans of the registry and the channel itself, not from anything the publisher announced.

### What did VerifyMCP test on the AgentMash MCP server?

VerifyMCP ran 13 checks on AgentMash, covering TLS certificate, Authorization, HTTPS, HSTS header and 9 more. Supply Chain Security and Provenance & Transparency do not apply to a hosted endpoint, so they were not tested. The score does not measure everything, and the scoring documentation lists what it leaves out.
